Negative experience: PSA if you’re looking to sell your house or even buy beware of the illegal business practices being committed by Pinnacle Realty in Tri-cities area. They failed to collected Earnest money (illegal) and after months of being told the check is on its way this company would rather tell me to take them to court if I want it so bad. Horrible business practice! If they are willing to do something like this I can’t imagine the other dirty business practices being committed! Also this isn’t the first time they’ve committed bad business practices.

Fantastic experience: Great very quick response time

Negative experience: Wonderful spacious apartments. Been there 4 years. Pinnacle bought it 2 years ago. They are not fixing things in the apartments. Nor will they have exterminator come spray the apartments. Some of the residents that lived there for over 15-20 years are now moving out because Pinnacle are not taken care of the facility like they should. No one want a slum lord.

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional and go back on their word . Do not trust or do business with them . Was promised that everyone would get a chance to see and put in an offer on a property only to be told.just before our appointment that instead they aren't showing the house and we can sign a contract so they can find us a house , why would you want to do business with such a shady individual

Negative experience: Carol Eigsti is completely liar and completely unprofessional . Had an appointment to see a home and was told that all parties would get a fair chance to see the home and make and offer instead cancelled our showing and only offered to show us homes if we signed a contract with her , so likely never planned on selling us the home we desired just trying to get another client

Negative experience: Got in touch throu realtor.com and there agent susie tried to push for rental property and refused to actually give options of what was available kept asking for financial information that wasn't relevant at that time. And felt very decimating because I was refusing to give information on propertys would not recommend going throu this company. I worked as a property manager for three years so kinda can feel scamer company and they reek of it. I will be in touch with the real estate licensing agency in the morning to get them looked into.

Negative experience: Buyers and sellers be aware! We listed and purchased a home through the owner and broker of pinnacle reality giving her commission on both properties. She failed to show up to our closing which we understood her circumstances, but she never followed up to see how it went after. She took her large commission check and ran. We never heard of pinnacle reality until we heard a radio add advertising a free home warranty. We received paperwork and were promised this warranty and it was never paid for on her part. I have tried reaching out to the agency many times, and keep being ignored. Very sad and shady business.

Negative experience: It has taken me quite a while to write this review. I feel as a customer making a large purchase like a house, we were not treated very well. We found all the houses to look at, not them. We asked specific questions before purchasing our house, such as can we build a mother-in-law house on our property. The answer from our real estate agent was "it's Midland you can do anything you want" you cannot in fact do anything you want, nor build another dwelling. We moved from out of state and feel like we were just another number, our agent was so difficult to get a hold of half the time and any issues we had (the whole process was full of issues) she placated us with some bogus answer. Frustrating is the word that comes to mind when I think about the experience we had with them. I do hope they try to take these reviews to heart and work on the issues they need to fix. When we sell our house and purchase another we will not be going through this realtor, nor recommending them.

Negative experience: I feel like ever since we had our purchase agreement in place, our realtor has not been very helpful and has not been following through with things. They did not even truly help us find our house, we found it at an open house. We received a lot of emails for houses we weren't interested in. We were mainly looking for three bedroom, 1 bath with a 2 car garage and yard. We would look at houses or get emails not even close to the stated criteria. Very disappointed as this is the first house we have purchased, and did not get much direction. We are now having problems after we moved into our house with things stated in our purchase agreement that neither the owner's realtor or our realtor checked into.

Fantastic experience: Ok...Let me say that Linda and her crew are great. They helped me find a house while I was living out of state. When I finally came up to look they had everything ready to go. Alex showed me the homes and helped me get a negotiate a better price within a day. These guys are great.
