I had seen her listing on a home in southern Maryland a full two years before we even thought of listing our home. Fantastic experience: Coldwell Banker as a whole is the best real estate company to deal with. We used a Coldwell Banker agent to sell our home in northern PA and used two Coldwell Banker agents in helping us find our home in the DE/MD area. We started looking in the beach area, where we worked with an awesome agent, Sarah Russ, who assisted us, however, we decided to look more North near the rivers. Due to the distance from South to North, Sarah reached out to another Coldwell Banker agent in the area we were looking at and she hooked us up with Kristina Hyland. I can't say enough about Kristina. My husband and I hit it off well with her from the start. She understood what we were looking for (considering my husband and I had different criteria) and we were in constant communication.
