She is the epitome of professional, courteous, conscientious, available, diligent and kind! If you need a realtor you cannot do better than Joelle! In January 2025 I was in Chester town because my closest relative had just died. I was lost, grieving, overwhelmed, confused and in despair. I knew that I would need a realtor and I looked through some reviews. Joelle had great reviews and boy, does she deserve them! I had to see my attorney and, fortunately, Joelle's office was close by so I walked in. Joelle was out with a client so I left a message. I hadn't even made it back to my cousin's home when she called me. The first thing she said to me was that she was sorry for my loss and she meant it. An hour later she met me at the house. It is rural but that didn't deter Joelle. She tramped through the snow, briars and uneven ground and walked the property which she knew the boundaries of because she had already found the information on it. She came in and answered every question I had and then answered the ones I hadn't thought of. She explained the process, told me that she would be involved with me the entire time and then spent some time telling me about the area such as where to take trash, good places to eat and people who could help with getting the house cleaned out. She had the paperwork ready for signing what I could at the moment as I had not yet been assigned executor. She reassured me, shouldered so much of my burden and consoled me that I felt as though I could possibly get through the situation. Joelle also gave me an estimate of what she thought the property could be worth. She was spot on with her estimate. After 21 days away from home (most of it spent with my cousin while he was in the hospital) I had to return home to Kentucky. Joelle maintained contact with me, calling several times just to see if I was okay. When I was made the executor of the estate she electronically sent the paperwork to me. Over 90% of my phonecalls were answered by Joelle and for the the remaining ones she called me back, usually within an hour. She demystified paperwork, rules, taxes and laws and notified me of anything from interest in the house to visits to offers. Overall she was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!! I wish she would get a Kentucky license so I could use her here. You absolutely cannot find a better realtor than Joelle Dolch! Call her!!!! You will be so glad that you did!
