I have had the pleasure of working with Lisa Nemcek and she is one of the handful of realtors that truly cares about their clients. Many realtors are very short with loan officers, impatient, and very very pushy; almost as if we are simply computers. Lisa Nemcek has been a pleasure to work with, cares for her clients and drove over an hour back and forth just to try and help her client sign off on their documents and submit them. I rarely beg to work with a realtor again, but this one is worth fighting for. Doesn't matter how much the loan is for or what type of loan it is as long as Lisa calls for me I will do everything I can because she cares just as much as I do about helping people.

Negative experience: I was trying to buy a house off of One of their clients and Amber didn’t do her job and there was issues with the title of the house but they already had it up for sale we went to closing and now they want me to wait 21 more days my agent has tried to get a hold of Bart with no response so be careful using this company or purchasing from it

All kidding aside, Mrs Cecilia Silva will be an excellent real estate agent for you. She made the whole process of selling our house quick and painless. If there were any questions or concerns, we had, Cecilia was always readily available to address those questions or concerns. We put our house on the market at a time when buying houses was not in season. Our fears were that our house would be on the market for months but with Cecilia’s excellent market experience and negotiation skills, she had our house sold in a little over two weeks. In addition to Cecilia’s invaluable professionalism and experience, she is an outstanding woman. She exudes a positive and caring mentality with a “can do” attitude. She is second to none and you will not be disappointed when you work with Cecilia Silva.
