Fantastic experience: I reached out to Real Property Management back in December 2024 regarding the potential sale of a part of my property. From the very first conversation, their team impressed me with their clear communication and genuine understanding of my needs. They didn’t just treat me like another client, they took the time to listen, guide me through my own uncertainty of whether to sell or rent, and offered thoughtful counsel. What stood out most was how quickly they moved once I made my decision. They connected me with the right people and ensured the entire process felt effortless on my end. Their professionalism, combined with a personal touch, gave me complete confidence in their expertise. I would gladly recommend Real Property Management Lakeside to anyone looking to sell, rent, or manage their property. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again on any future projects!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I worked with Mr. Kyle. Given the current real estate scams these days, we were hesitant on every move, but Kyle was more than obliged to do what he had to, ensuring us that things would run smooth and efficient - and they did. We previously resided in South Florida before moving to Central Florida, and this caused some delays with meeting times, etc. Kyle was on point, and adjusted his schedule to meet our needs 100% of the time. He even let me meet him late on the day to pick up the keys because of traffic that I had been stuck in - thank you! I would strongly advise anyone looking for details on properties to contact (at least) Kyle from RPM. I am inclined to believe that all of their agents are quality, like ours was. Lastly, the 2nd day of living in our new house, we had many questions, and unlike many other realtors I personally have dealt with, Kyle provided either a straight up answer, or pointed us in the right direction to get that answer. I will most certainly be dealing with this company again when getting our next house. Hopefully, I can get Mr. Kyle again. Thank you RPM! -DB

Fantastic experience: I worked with Ruperi and she helped me through the entire process and made it easy and quick. She is very professional and proactive with the work. Highly recommended her as a first time investor to hire her as a property manager.

Fantastic experience: Gabino was Responsive and very polite, put up with all of my and my concerned mothers texts messages all weekend long. Thanks for all your hustle, Gabino!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, they dont return your calls or emails back. Applied for a home to rent just but the home was already off the market and they could not tell me. So I applied for nothing literally and they would not give me a refund. Bunch of scammers.

Fantastic experience: Me & my fiancee needed to find a place asap & were a bit worried due to the timeline we had. But luckily we got into contact with Kyle Byram from RPM South Orlando & he was able to find us a place quickly & efficiently. He was always really nice & professional, we couldn't be happier! Thank you Kyle!

Fantastic experience: They are amazing and always helpful! ❤

Negative experience: I have been trying to reach out and apply on a home this company has for rent for almost a week and still have heard nothing back.

Negative experience: WORST DECISION I've ever made to trust this company with my investment. Unless you want your rental property to function as a charity, or become a negative investment, stay away from this company. Their tenant selection is horrible. They'll promise tenant placement within 3 weeks, then fail to deliver - so, plan on paying for vacant properties. They'll take your house off the market with no deposit and no signed lease, then let it sit vacant for more than a week waiting for applicant promises to come to fruition. They will not actually do an inspection of your home unless you pay extra for a video, but they'll claim they did. They will turn the power on at your property and never go to the property to ensure everything is functioning properly - this is how my A/C froze up. I was forced to pay weekend service call fees for something that should've cost nothing had I been made aware prior to the tenant occupying the property. They allow tenants to destroy your property, then force you to pay for the damages. If you don't approve their service request right away, and you have questions like, "How did the sink bowl get broken under normal use?", they'll threaten to withhold rent. They won't just repair/replace what was broken with the same/similar products, they'll take it upon themselves to upgrade to premium products without offering those details (unless pressed for explanations about their ambiguous repair quotes). Also, they have a clause in the contract that services/repairs do not require owner approval under $300; and they take full advantage of this clause. Expect to be hit with numerous fees under that amount (including the tenant's insufficient funds fees). And if you wind up with a tenant like mine, expect to pay bi-weekly service calls of $130-$150. They have another clause in the contract that you have to pay $300 if you cancel the contract before 6 months. It's basically just another one of their up-front fees they get to collect for not doing what they were hired to do. It's sad that a homeowner has to risk thousands of dollars before they're able to experience how terrible RPM is. To-date, out of $3,200 total paid in rent for my property, I've received $456. Also, it's October 20th, and still haven't received this month's disbursement. At this point, I feel like I have no other option except paying the $300 early termination fee just to stop the bleeding of my investment. Then I'll have to figure out what to do with the awful tenant RPM placed. Please save yourself the expensive lesson and avoid this company. They honestly do not care about you, your investment or your livelihood. A company with integrity wouldn't fine their clients $300 for their own carelessness and inability to deliver what they promised the client. Note: My property is a newer home in an HOA, with zero issues from prior tenants (who I managed myself), and zero issues presented from home inspections conducted two years ago (when I planned to sell the property, before deciding to rent it out).

After few years of experience with some management companies i can definitely recommend them as the ultimate management company! Keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: i was looking for a property manager for my upcoming investment house. I called many property management companies and did interviews over the phone because I am not in Florida. Once I talked the Stephen Rock the search was over. He impressed me with the details of how he works and walked me through the process from start to finish. He also worked with us during the search for the rental property to ensure it would be a good investment well beyond the purchase. He was always available to answer any questions we had along the way. Once we put the house on the market he had it rented immediately. I highly recommend Stephen.

Fantastic experience: I recently hired Stephen Rock with RPM Lakeside to management my units in Winter Haven. This was the best decision that I have made. After many years of going thought property managers and companies I finally found a manager and company that I can trust as well as rely on in managing my properties especially since I'm located out of state. Stephen manages like they were his own properties and goes over and beyond to ensure that I have great tenants. I highly recommend hiring Stephen Rock with RPM Lakeside to manage your properties.

Fantastic experience: RPM Lakeside has taken care of ALL of my investor clients who have properties to lease. Every single client has been 100% happy with Stephen Rock and his team. They do an amazing job of placing qualified tenants and keeping owners up to date on everything happening with their property. If you are an owner OR an agent with owners, you will NOT regret calling Steve and his team!
