Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about Karen Myers. She is so pleasant to work with. Even though I asked her to sell my home "as is", she took that and ran with it. My home was under contract within 3 days of contacting her when my tenants moved out. I would recommend you call her today if you need to sell your home. Fantastic experience: I was an out of area investment home owner and this transaction was so stress free. I did not have to deal with contractors and repairs. Karen suggested I sell my 20 yrs investment home in "as is" condition with basic clean up only. She also suggested a very fair List Price, based on the home's "fixer" condition, and told me I should stick to that price. We received an offer and were in contract within about two weeks. Karen was in touch with me regularly, keeping me up to date on the status of all inspection and loan contingencies. We closed on the sale four weeks from contract date. Negative experience: I contacted Karen on a Thursday and scheduled a meeting on that Monday. On Sunday Karen cancelled our meeting, stating that based on old photos and market info, the house couldn’t sell for my asking price. I’m a fix n flipper, the house is fully remodeled. Cancelling an appointment is extremely unprofessional, and I will never work with her again.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Real Estate Agent!! Cares about her buyers!!!

Negative experience: My listing agent is by another real estate company, but I had a showing requested by Karen Myers. The request to see our home was on Wednesday, I confirmed the request & thought everything was set. On Friday we managed to tidy up our home, get our 3 kids & 3 animals out of the house just in time for the showing. After we waited an hour in our car (we have a video camera in our home) no one showed up. I called Karen Myers, who told me that she had actually canceled the showing. I said “really, I had no problem getting the request & I didn’t have any difficulty getting the confirmation but I didn’t get your cancellation.” At this time, Karen told me that the agency that I’m going with to sell my home isn’t a full-service agency. This is unprofessional, it’s bad enough that she didn’t simply cancel her appointment but then went as far to discredit the agency that we chose. Unprofessional.

Even after the hurricane they jack that we where ok and had a crew out to make sure our house was safe and the roof was water tight. You can not go wrong with Jack and his staff.
