Negative experience: Doesn’t matter if you call them on a Monday or a Friday or a Saturday or Sunday. which I’ve done all the above they DO NOT answer the phone. They claim to be great realtors but great realtors ANSWER the phone. I gladly found an awesome one named Matt who ANSWERS the phone anytime you call or text. Don’t waste your time with these people they obviously have enough money they don’t care about clients nor selling properties they have listed. They lost out on selling my house (which sold within the first week it was listed had multiple offers) they coulda made fast easy money.. and then again coulda made easy money on me buying my next house. Avoid these people, Good luck to them!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Kelsey and Kistle Realty enough! Although my property hunt definitely took a minute, it was SO worth the wait. We were looking for a true unicorn, a property that could meet both my personal and business needs, with the right mix of residential and commercial possibilities, and due to diligence and persistence, we found it. It checked every box and then some. What really stood out was Kelsey’s willingness to think outside the box throughout the entire process. She is a good negotiator, easy to work with. She listened to my requests and always stayed on target. She had all the contacts needed for closings. For months she helped my family search for a waterfront property in New Jersey. However, the lean market forced us to consider other states and we bought a house outside of New Jersey. She was very responsive with any questions and was flexible when trying to choose times for house showings. Whenever we went to see a place, she could immediately tell you everything about the home/space and town. With her phenomenal knowledge, she has a great eye for what to look for whether good or bad. From flooring/cabinetry, HOA relations, water heaters/pumps, ventilations in attics, etc. You name it and she knows the answer, including the difference between a cheap home reno or something of good quality that will last. This was super helpful to us with it being our first time purchasing a home. Also, if a place didn't seem right for us, she never made it feel like we were wasting her time. We are very grateful with the entire process and are so thrilled about our new townhome!!

Negative experience: When asked to be removed from their mailing list was told I was but that from time to time o would still get mailings. When I stopped by the office to again ask to be removed from their mailing list their daughter freaked out on me and called the police. The police told me that the mailing’s would stop after 2 more. That was a lie I am still getting. One simple call to their contractor that does the mailings would end me from dealing with their trash Sorry people

Fantastic experience: Debbie and Jeff are just awesome at what they do. We met with them months before we put our house on the market -- just as soon as we started thinking about selling. Thank goodness we did that. This wasn't our first home sale and we were dreading the process: the showings, negotiations, inspections, repairs, and more inspections. The Kistles took care of absolutely everything and they stayed in constant contact while having a reasonable solution to every hurdle we encountered.

Fantastic experience: We contacted Kistle Realty about a house we were interested in buying. Jeff showed us the house then referred us to another realtor name Karina that worked for him and his wife. Karina was wonderful, responded within minutes, set up last minute showings, and never rushed us. She was patient, showed us at least 10 homes, and didn't complain a single time. (Although with how picky we were being I am sure she wanted to lol) We found our dream home with her and we are so grateful to have found her and Kistle!
