Fantastic experience: Working with the Tremains was game changing for us, as being on the side of buying and selling. We had worked with 3 prior realtors for almost 4 years, the Tremains were both super responsive, professional, punctual, honest, organized and informational. They’d always take the time to answer our questions, be honest and explain things we didn’t know, offer resolutions and recommendations, input and also worked around us and my many requests as being 8 months pregnant. They not only got our home sold within 9 days of being listed, but really delivered on assuring us we’d find our dream home. Fantastic experience: I’m honestly not sure where to even begin. If you read no further, just know that we would recommend Marc and Chrissy a thousand times over. They were truly beyond any of our expectations of having a realtor. This was our second time buying a home but our first time selling. I randomly met Chrissy at one of her open houses a year and a half ago and knew instantly I wanted to work with her when the time came. My husband and I had the luxury of not being in a rush to move, and had time to wait for ‘the one.’ If you know anything about buying a home right now, you know that ‘the one’ can takes months or years! We were happy with their marketing of our house, and we had 3 open houses and countless private showings before we received an offer, within about 3-4 weeks of listing. Through the negotiating and inspection process, they were open, honest, transparent, and communicative with us, all while advocating for us to get the best deal possible. Finally when it came time to close, they literally brought a truck to help us move stuff to our new house in a pinch. If there’s one way to describe Marc and Chrissy, it would be that I truly felt like their only client for a year and a half, even though I know how busy they are. Though not a first time home buyer, the NJ buying process was new to me and this team did a fantastic job from start to finish. The Search: They took the time to genuinely understand what I needed in a home - not just hearing my wants, but really understanding what we needed from a functional POV. Fantastic experience: I reached out to Chrissy last spring about selling our house but then decided it wasn’t the right time. She didn’t pressure us at all and said that she’d be there whenever we were ready! When November came around we decided it was time to pull the trigger on selling our house and start the hunt for our forever home.
