Negative experience: Shouldn't even leave a star, but that's the only way you can make a review.So let me start with that.When you move out , they pretty much take your hold deposit but before you do , they put the rent cheap, , then they jack it up once you move out, they want you to pay the remaining of the rent that they jacked up.They promise to fix things that they don't.Well , I should say the only thing they did fix was a dishwasher microwave been broken.Six years screens on the back porch been tore up for5 years i've replaced both toilet seats. Never got my money. I cleaned when I first moved in. They never paid me. I replaced both pipes in both bathrooms. They never repaid me due to doors, not being properly fixed or redone insects have came in and bugs. And ruin a lot of my things, I had to throw away especially a table that I had over 27 years. They promised I would have 3 months of insect spray, first moved in. Never got that. All they really want is for you to fix problems in the home with your money, and all they care about is collecting the rent. Poor management all the way around, even though they're probably getting paid to keep the properties up.But don't know where that money went to cause they're not doing it even a move out, they still had me use my of my deposit to pay for their mistakes. But at least they're fixing somewhat of the house, there was a gentleman that pulled up in a car went inside, ran back out, took his shirt off, and his hat threw it on the ground because the roaches good luck to the next people.Hopefully they'll treat you better

Unfortunately the HOA was so terrible I had to back out of the rental because they took too long, BUT Legacy property management was amazing throughout the process and I would use them again in a heartbeat!
