Fantastic experience: Homedy will be my go to for any investment sales moving forward! Andrew and Guillermo made selling a breeze from negotiating to the closing with their great communication through the process. They stuck to their original offer we signed for which was 30k more than the local investors and they didn't reduce the offer after inspections like many do. Homedy should be the first company to call to sell your home to!

Negative experience: I received a call at 4:53pm the last day of my 10 business day inspection period requesting to have an addendum and extend the inspection period by one week stating they needed more time to make the numbers works. After many phone calls and pauses, as if I was in a car dealership, I ultimately was told we’d have to go $20,000 less than our contract. The entire interaction felt scammy and very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Homedy was more than pleasurable. I worked with Pete directly and he was there every step of the way. Selling my home wasn’t as easy as some and we faced a lot of legal obstacles. I chose Homedy bc they were more than willing and were able to assist with some Probate issues we had before we were able to sell to them. Pete and Homedy assisted with all legal fees and finding the lawyer for us. Pete assisted with any questions or concerns that we had and was always readily available when I had questions whether it was morning or night. Overall I would have to give them an exceptional rating.

Negative experience: Unresponsive. Received a text message from Isaac Burgos asking a good time to talk. I responded and revived a call from Brianna whom I spent time with discussing the property. Told me there was only one underwrite that day that was out to lunch and I should have my quite within 15 minutes. Hour went by and Isaac called and I let him know I spoke with Briana and waiting on a callback. He told me he would physically go to her office to let her know. I reached back out to both of them and 24 hour later still no response from either individual. Complete waste of time and very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at Homedy with whom I had contact exceeded my expectations through the entire process of selling a church member's home in an "as is condition". It started with Andrew Larson who served as the initial contact. He was reassuring every step of the way. Once the offer was extended and accepted. Natalia Soro. Transaction Coordinator for Homedy, did an excellent job in communicating where we were in the process and with the attorney coordinating the closing. She also set up the photographer and inspectors who were very cordial and professional while on site reviewing the property. Jon Hank, attorney representing both the seller and the buyer exhibited patience in that this transaction a was bit extraordinary due to the circumstances of the sale and the encumbrances attached to the property. All three and members of their staff were always prompt in responding to our questions regardless of the time of day.

Fantastic experience: First of all, the name should be Mary Lynn Taylor. Working with this company has truly been a God Send on every level. I needed to sell my parents house and it is full of stuff. I can no longer physically deal with stuff. I had just gotten out of the hospital. Isaac Burgos knows what it is like growing up in a military family.you have stuff from everywhere. Then in February I was T boned by a hit and run drunk driver. Now money is an issue. I'm retired. Now have to buy a car. I was down to counting quarters this last week. I closed Wednesday. The money for my house was in my bank the following day. MY LIFE HAS BEEN BLESSED BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANY.

Negative experience: Beyond frustrating experience with this company. Spent DAYS being crystal clear with Homedy agent about condition of house I was selling. DAYS. Agent told me all I was promising him were floors. Complete condition of house was over disclosed. Only to have him come back and try and cut me by 28k. Either dishonest or inept. Regardless, big waste of time. Should have paid attention to reviews.

Negative experience: My experience with this company as a seller was terrible. After agreeing on a price, they started to lower it, leaving me trapped after signing their manipulative contract to buy. We agreed on a price, I disclosed EVERYTHING in advance, and their slimy, manipulative, lying, deliberately deceitful contact person is trained to tell you anything they think you want to hear to get you to sign their misleading contact. BEWARE. Their so-called guarantee turned out to be a complete sham. They brazenly lied about the guaranteed pricing, offering me a full 65k LESS than the original contract signed was for. Their reason? The market fell (overnight?) and interest rates went uo. (Overnight??) They claim to buy your home 'as is', for a fair price. but this could not be further from the truth. This misleading statement is just a ploy to lure unsuspecting sellers. I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this company. Their deceitful tactics and lack of integrity are shocking. I wish I could give them zero stars, as they do not deserve any. This company was nothing but a disappointment. Avoid them at all costs.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I were looking to sell our home quickly before a move out of state. After meeting several potential buyer we with ridiculous offers we were contacted by Homedy. They walked us through the process from the first call to offer, inspection and finalize sale. Everything was done quickly and with no issues. We were even given the option to digitally sign or physically sign all paperwork. Then once everything was finalized they even reached out to make sure we were satisfied with everything. We would definitely recommend others to use Homedy for future home sales.

The house may be marketed by "Homedy" a ccompany but the reality is you deal with personalities and people. You develop relationships over relatively short period of time in order to get the job done. However it's not just about getting a job done but getting it done in such a way that benefits all parties. The keywords here would be honesty, Integrity and trust. 1.Completely honest about the prospects and what would happen. 2.Keep their word as best they were able this is a business and things change. 3.Not only did I feel they were trustworthy they were proven to be so. Usually people ask who I would recommend? I would not only tell them who I recommend which would be "Homedy" but who to ask for. Thank you for closing this chapter in my life.
