They were flexible and accommodating, working around our schedules to look at homes. Olivia found us a home that hadn't even been listed yet. We were able to get our offer accepted before the house was listed. Jake was very organized and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Sadly the buyer backed out but then Sherri had us another offer within 48 hours of the house coming back on the market. She kept us updated every step of the way and was always available if we had any questions. (We had a lot) if you need a realtor in the cookeville/ middle TN area, look no further!!

Negative experience: I feel this company was very discriminatory towards us. They didn’t quite understand our situation after multiple times of explaining things. And when we first walked in, we were basically dismissed. I was told to walk in and then I was told I needed an appointment… I am truly disappointed.
