She took care of everything and made my home buying process a wonderful experience. My advice is to talk to her first, before meeting with other agents, you won’t be disappointed and won’t be going to other agents.

Negative experience: C. Dalton, supposedly was my agent, kept promising to get back and give more information on some properties so I could eliminate most and due diligence on favorites. Was told by supervisor that agent wasn't going to help because he didn't think I was going to get any financing, although USDA pre qualified for 72k.

We had previously looked at buying a home in another community with a different realtor, who tried to take advantage of our inexperience, so we were very wary going into the process. However, the recommendation that we received from others proved to be reliable and Susan was absolutely phenomenal! She made us feel very comfortable. She listened to our comments and adjusted with us as we learned more about what we needed in our first home. She was patient with our naivete and she was wonderful with our children as they ran around while we looked. For our family, she was more than a realtor; she was an advocate and a friend. Negative experience: We have a family home listed with her. At first she seemed eager to market the home, but then became difficult to reach by phone. My husband and I have left multiple messages for weeks and have not been able to reach her or anyone else at the agency.
