Santino G. RE Salesperson @ EXIT Realty Homeward Bound

Fantastic experience: Santino did an incredible job helping us sell and buy this summer! He walked us through each step of the way, making it easy to understand exactly what was needed and when. He is extremely knowledgeable and had answers to all of our questions. He approached the process strategically, and worked behind the scenes to ensure that we got the best possible deal. If you want a realtor who goes above and beyond, and genuinely wants the best for their client Santino is the best realtor in the area! Our family couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: We could not have asked for a better experience working with **Santino Gance**. From the beginning of our home search all the way through closing, Santino was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and, most importantly, a genuine advocate for us. Buying a home can become complicated very quickly, but Santino made the entire process remarkably smooth. He was always available when we had questions, kept us informed about what was happening, and made sure we understood what came next. When questions or concerns arose, particularly as we approached closing, he didn't simply pass them along and wait for someone else to deal with them. He followed up, pushed for answers, and made sure everyone involved stayed focused on getting us to the finish line. What impressed us most was that Santino treated our purchase as though it actually mattered to him personally. We never felt like we were just another transaction. He gave us honest advice, looked out for our interests, and knew when to step in and advocate for us without ever making the process more stressful than it needed to be. We also had an outstanding experience with the **Law Office of Frederick R. Xlander**. **Mark Hubal, Aimee Palombaro, and April Brink** were wonderful to work with throughout the process. They were responsive, organized, patient with our questions, and made sure the legal and closing details were handled properly. As we got closer to closing and inevitably had more questions, Mark, Aimee, and April were there to help get answers and make sure everything was ready. One of the things we appreciated most was how well Santino and the Xlander team worked together. There are an incredible number of moving pieces involved in buying a house, and having a realtor and legal team who communicated and worked collaboratively made an enormous difference. Instead of feeling like we had to coordinate everyone ourselves, we felt like we had a team around us that was genuinely working toward the same goal. There are plenty of people involved in buying a home, but having the right people representing you is what keeps the process from becoming your full-time job. Santino, Mark, Aimee, and April made what could easily have been a stressful experience feel organized, manageable, and surprisingly smooth. We are incredibly grateful to Santino for helping us find and purchase our new home and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone buying or selling in the area. If we ever find ourselves in the real estate market again, there is absolutely no question who our first call will be. Thank you, Santino, Mark, Aimee, April, and everyone involved for getting us home.** The Janeskis

Fantastic experience: Our son just closed on his first home, and Santino was our realtor, and we couldn’t have been more happier with him. He was there every time we needed him to be day or night, he was always able to get us into any property we needed. We valued his opinion tremendously, we looked at a lot of house and finally found the right one. He’s definitely the guy you want. He will not disappoint you.

Fantastic experience: We contacted Santino last fall to just ask a few questions and to start preparing for the sale of our house this past spring. We decided to contact him based on his reviews online and the amount of sales that he has closed. I mean, how else do we pick a realtor if we have no connections? So, this is what we did. We put him to the test. I wanted to replace the roof and fix the garage up before the sale hoping that it would actually help with the sale come spring. Based on the advice given in the fall, I actually chose not to sink the money into those things. It went against my thinking, but hey, he's the professional with experience so we just trusted it. Now spring 2026 comes. I contacted him back up after several months. He remembered our situation and conversation. We told him it was time! He came out to look at the property. He sends his photography team out. He lists the property and has an open house 1 Saturday. I'm not sure how he did it, but he gathered enough people to come through to sell the house just after the first showing. What I think is even more important is the after-sale communication. He just didn't up and leave us after the sale. It took almost 2 and a half months to closing for various reasons. He was there and answered texts and phone calls and emails all the way up to the final closing date. Thank you, Santino and your realtor team, for a very easy (when I look back on it) process. Good luck to you, Santino, and anyone else reading this ready to sell!!

Fantastic experience: Santino is an experienced, dedicated realtor who guided me through my first-time homebuying experience with patience and a sense of humor. Flexible working with my schedule and, as many other reviewers have pointed out, very communicative. Always ready with relevant advice or a candid opinion, yet never pushy. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Santino Grace. I was going through my first real estate process. I had already been months deep trying to sell with no luck! My frustration was high and I wasn't getting the answers I needed. I was ready to give up, take the loss as this was an estate sale. It was a hard time and I didn't do my research on who was experienced in this type of sale. Enter Santino! This man whom I didn't even know was taking time out of his day to explain and help and he wasn't even my agent. He had nothing to gain! I asked him for advice countless times. Santino is knowledgeable about the legal aspects of real estate as well. He guided me what questions to ask, and helped with the situation I was stuck in. I am so beyond grateful for his help and guidance. The house did sell right after he stepped in. I had questions after the sale as well and there he was still helping. Santino Grace is more than an agent! I truly wish that he would have been mine. I am so thankful he helped me with his knowledge and expertise. You can not go wrong with this man as your agent he definitely cares about the work he does! I personally will forever be thankful.
