Fantastic experience: If I could give Jessica a hundred stars I would! She is phenomenal and made buying our house in Belton the easiest process ever! We were PCSing back from Germany and started the process while we were still there. She made communicating with a six hour time difference so easy! After having a realtor who wasn't proactive, we contacted Jessica and from day one she met every need to help us find the best home. She helped us remotely by viewing homes while making videos of the home or via FaceTime. Positive experience: Nice properties but communication is so horrible. I’ve applied for this property and was told I was approved and Pattie won’t answer the phone or return calls about viewing it. Everytime I call she has an excuse on what’s happening and said she’ll get back with me and never does. Almost as if I’m begging. I’ve been ready to pay the deposit and view the home for a whole week and some days. I have kids you can’t just tell somebody they’re approved and not keep up communication about something. So glad I didn’t sign that lease. If they communicate better this could be a great potential but I’ll pass. Very disappointed

Negative experience: We had a house fire back in May of 2021 and rented through Home Team Rentals. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a rental company. It was hard to get a hold of them, they try to scrape you for every penny you have and threaten you when something is not of your control. Insurance paid for the rental; the rent was increased by $200 than original post. I am not some hoodlem living in this rental. I had a house, and the fire was out of my control. I would have hoped to have a company who had more sympathy based on our situation. Maintenance took forever, the house had many issues, and good luck getting any help. I rented for 7 years before buying my home. I know the expectations of landlords and this experience was not okay. I do not recommend this company at all. You want to know the best part about the rental? LEAVING!

Positive experience: Ari is really friendly and good at what she does. I just felt a little let down when it came to incomplete items on the checklist at closing. The previous owners barely did much of anything we agreed to before closing. This is frustrating because it was legit hell living through construction jobs with a new baby. I dont know if the previous owners were just ready to jet or maybe they just tried to get away with not holding up their end due to covid. Because of covid, I couldn't do the final walk through so I trusted Ari to make sure everything was as agreed upon. It only frustrates me because there was no point in waiting for these corrections when I was 6 months pregnant, I could have just moved in sooner as is and had the work done before the baby arrived. I waited a year from closing to write this review, even after I made the changes and repairs and settled in, I still felt played a little. I do think she is a good realtor, I got a really nice home for a great price before my baby arrived. I would just have to be that annoying client that's has to lay eyes on everything myself if I worked with her again.

Fantastic experience: So I interviewed many agents before finally deciding to go with Jessica as my agent to sell my home. She was very prompt, very courteous, and comes very well recommended by other agents as well as home buyers and sellers. I can say that her reputation is well deserved. We came to her with a 90 day window to sell our home. She got right to work and had our house listed and showing within days. Our home was priced very competitively as indicated by the apparaisal at closing thanks to her knowledge and expertise. Numbers speak for themselves and if you want to sell your home and with little to no hassle, then go with Jessica! We got our first offer right at a month on the market and, and she even managed to get our home closed in less than a month once a buyer put an offer.
