Fast with their responses, if we had questions and wanted to call they were at the ready. We were in Hawaii and our new home was not but they made that process sooo easy. They did video calls and video recording so we could see every bit of the house. They were thorough with the walk through videos and made sure to show us even the most small imperfections.
