Fantastic experience: Greg was excellent from the first moment we met. He was professional, friendly and always answered our questions, no matter how complicated they were. Greg was more than just a realtor, was a constant support, always there for us. He answered all our questions, made sure we were always up to date, took care of all the paperwork, and assisted with negotiating the deal for us. Negative experience: I am writing this review to share my experience working with Marcy Merritt during my recent home-buying process. While I understood going into the purchase that the property would require significant renovations, I expected my agent to advocate for my interests and explore avenues to make the transition smoother. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Throughout the process, I felt that my questions and strategic requests were consistently shut down without a genuine effort to negotiate. Specifically: 1. No Willingness to Negotiate Offer Price: Knowing the home needed substantial work, I wanted to submit an offer slightly below the asking price. I was told directly that she was not willing to write up or present that offer. 2. Dismissal of Repair Requests: When I asked about requesting minor repairs—such as patching holes in the walls—the request was dismissed immediately by Marcy before it was even presented to the sellers. 3. Post-Closing Communication Blocked: After taking possession, I asked for the seller’s contact information to facilitate buying specific supplies related to the house. I was told the seller "probably wouldn't be willing" to provide it, again closing a door without actually checking. There are numerous other reasons, but I will just leave it at the three for now. A real estate agent’s role is to represent and advocate for their client's goals, but it frequently felt as though the primary focus here was simply rushing the deal to completion. It felt as though my interests as a client were secondary to just getting the transaction done. Because of this lack of support, negotiation, and willingness to explore options for the customer, I cannot recommend working with her for your home buying needs.

Negative experience: Only got 1 showing and then they dropped us like we wasnt good enough for them. Agent wouldnt answer or return calls. Would call the office and leave messages for her and still nothing. Would give zero stars if i could. Just horrible!!

Fantastic experience: Deborah Korlin was a pleasure to work with on the sale of our home. She is everything I search for in a Realtor/Broker. I first learned about Deborah from a very informative mailer she sent to our community. A year later, we contacted her to discuss the potential to sell our home. We were very impressed with Deborah's knowledge of the area, she knew details about our home and the original builder, plus her knowledge of the real estate market in our area was very impressive. She asks good questions and is a good listener, not at all high-pressure. Her marketing plan was exactly what I was looking for in terms of high-quality photos, a detailed description, and getting our listing out to every Realtor, every on-line site and every potential buyer. The results speak for themselves - listed our home and received a great offer 31 days later!

Negative experience: Well, don't be surprised if you receive an email reply from Amber but, don't expect much. I wrote her back after our initial contact and I never heard from her again. She could have at least wrote me to say she wasn't interested in selling my property.

Negative experience: The Century 21 MVP Realtor in SEVIERVILLE TN that sold us our new home flat out drop us immediately after closing, without even a "congrats" text, email or call, While we had numerous "bumps in the road" and heated exchanges during the process, we did expect DANI MCROBERTS to be more professional than this.

Fantastic experience: Deborah was amazing in handling my purchase. She provides an unmatched quality of service and is highly resourceful and knowledgeable about the area and the business. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase properties in the area.

Negative experience: Didn't help very good. Guy gave us two homes to look at and that was it not very helpful

Fantastic experience: In looking for a place in the mountains I was very particular and have never had such a thorough, optimistic, stress free and really smart & go getter real estate agent as David Everett with Century 21, in Sevierville TN. He went above and beyond trying to help me & my family find the perfect place for us. I have purchased seversl pieces of property throughout the years but Davids knowledge of the area and properties, along with his up fromt sincere honesty made everything much more easier and enjoyable. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to buy or sell to contact David Everett with Century 21! I don’t usually write reviews but felt this would definitely help someone in such an important decision when it comes to looking for & selling real estate.

Fantastic experience: Dave Everett was excellent. We looked at various properties within our range and had a couple offers fall through because of the owners or HOA. Dave handled everything well and we finally found what we wanted in Dandridge where we are now located. Would easily use Dave for any future moves.

Fantastic experience: We were very fortunate to find Broker Janet Ingram-Giffee. We had a tough land purchase that required a lot of back & forth negotiating & many changes in our contracts. She remained informative, patient & professional. We knew she really cared about us & doing things right.

Fantastic experience: We really enjoyed working with our realtor, Dennis Beard and the rest of the staff. He really took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us through all the steps we had to go through. He even stayed with us (for about 3 hours) and got us a tow truck when we put our car in the ditch trying to maneuver through the curvy mountain roads. Not only did he help us with the purchase of the house, but he also helped us find a good mortgage company, insurance, and a vacation/rental company. I will definitely be going back to them if we purchase another house.

Fantastic experience: Dawn Hurst is absolutely the best real estate agent in the area. My wife and I traveled to Sevierville TN to purchase a small vacation home. Dawn listened to every detail that we wanted in a home. After looking at several homes and working with Dawn, we made a phone call on the WEEKEND and asked her to find us a home for a permanent residence. With Dawn's help we found the perfect home and she took care of all showings, offers and closing. Ralph and Rasa should be extremely proud of thier team member. She is the BEST !!

Fantastic experience: I recently bought my house with the help of Beau Stegall! He was truly amazing. He viewed with us as many times as we needed to confirm the house we intended to make our home. As first time home owners the process was tedious and a true test of our new marriage. During the whole process we felt like we had a true friend! Whenever we are ready to sell our existing home, or purchase an additional home Beau is the guy for us!

Fantastic experience: A few months ago we decided to sell our house and that’s when we first used Mark Warwick as our agent. He came by our house, went through and explained the entire process with us, and offered suggestions to help the process go smoothly. Within 24 hrs of listing our house, he brought 4 offers to us, 3 of them being higher than our asking price! How’s that for service! He made the process extremely easy and took care of everything. Very knowledgeable, efficient and best of all, honest and not pushy. Mark made it so easy that a couple months later when we found our next place we wanted to buy, we didn’t hesitate to call him to be our agent again. Just like the time before, he made the whole thing a breeze. Will definitely use him again and recommend him to everyone I know. Buying or selling, you can’t go wrong with using Mark.

Michelle's clients always communicate to me the great customer service they receive with Michelle. As a lender I love working with Michelle, she does business ethically, enthusiastically and keeps up to date during the transaction with all items needed to meet the close date for our clients. Michelle is definately a top notch agent and business partner to work with.

Fantastic experience: Beth Morgan has to be the best agent in Tennessee. From start to finish, our experience has been great. Now that we are in our new vacation home the service has not stopped. She has been a god send helping us with all of the things that we need to know about the local community. She also got us great deals from local vendors for all of our furniture and home funishing needs. On top of that she presented my wife and I with a beautiful housewarming gift and card...totally unexpected and so thoughtful. I feel we have not only found an agent but made a friend!
