Fantastic experience: I found Irena and her team by very good reviews online last December. I called her and had a long conversation about selling my property in Central Florida. By the middle of January, the property was put on the market! Irena and her team have done a fantastic job in taking care of/showcasing the house, as well as multiple times of open house. She was the realtor working with the seller and I decided to negotiate directly with her which was the best decision I could’ve made. Fantastic experience: 1000% thank you to the Aistrop Team for guiding me through one of the largest purchases I will ever make in my life! Of course, I am talking about the purchase of a home, my first home in fact. I was interested in purchasing a home in the Winter Garden area, and on my own found a builder for the purchase of a brand-new home. At that point I did not think I would need a realtor at all. I just tell the builder what I want and sign right? Wrong! Wrong! Wrong! From the initial paperwork, design scheduling, design meeting, builder meeting, inspection meetings, to the final walkthrough and contract signing the entire process is stressful! Having both Irena or Suzanne Aistrop available to answer all my questions/concerns though every phase of the building process was more stress relieving than the best deep tissue massage I have ever experienced. I cannot thank them enough for the work they put in for me. The builder offered open house events at their design studio where a potential buyer could look at the options that would be available to them. Things such as Cabinet styles, floor styles, etc. On the evening I went to the design studio, Suzanne offered to meet me there. We spent the better part of 3 hours walking around and discussing different options, such as what I liked versus what I could afford. During that same event, one of the builder design studio employees offered to print out a copy of the entire customization list for me if I wanted to see it. When I say entire list I mean, single spaced, size 10 font, printed on the front and back of probably 40 pages. I spent an entire weekend reading the damn thing. However, that is the type of person I am. With my page full of notes and questions, I scheduled a conference call with both Irena and Suzanne. We talked about my design choices and how I could get the best “bang for my buck” sort to speak toward the value of my home. Months later, when the home was complete, we turned the default model 3-bedroom/2 ½-bathroom to a 4-bedroom/3-bathroom gorgeous home that appraised higher than what I purchased it for. Which is apparently a big deal! The Aistrop’s explained to me that the market plus my design choices basically built equity into my home right out of the gate. I also need to mention that Irena is a document/contract MASTER! Every piece of documentation provided by the builder she read through line by line with me and explained anything I did not fully understand. She helped fight for and ensured I had protection against my deposit and a financing contingency in writing. She assisted in the coordination of an independent inspector and helped me push for the builder to resolve/complete anything he found. Irena also read through the entire final contract with me at the builder’s office. She even had notes she kept during previous conversations with me and the builder, which she said she was using to verify certain sections of the contract. This was truly an amazing experience for me, and one I did not expect. Irena and Suzanne’s combined 30+ years of experience really showed. If I ever think of selling my home or buying a different home, the Aistrop Team will be the first and only realtor’s I would call.

Unashamedly I give myself a pat on the back for selecting this mother / daughter team as right from our initial introduction to the close of the sale it was clear that The Aistrop Team know their business inside and out. We primarily dealt with Irena and, truth be told, she could not have done any more, she was absolutely brilliant, totally professional, efficient and friendly throughout. She was "on it" as they say! Fantastic experience: We live in the UK, and chose the Aistrop Team to sell our Kissimmee villa as a result of the good reviews left by previous owners. We chose well! everything went smoothly. We were delighted with the photoshoot and Irena was brilliant in securing us a quick sale. All negotiations and contacts were made via the team and we had very little to do except sign the paperwork - which Irena arranged for us to do from the UK via an online notary. Irena was always on hand to answer any questions despite there being a 5 hour difference in our time zones. Fantastic experience: The Aistrop Team, it is hard to believe there are only two of them. Both Irena and Suzanne work tirelessly to make things happen. Our experience was perfect and we cannot recommend the service they delivered enough. As a non US citizen we were completely new and confused regarding the process to sell our Florida property. Irena, from the first call was extremely generous with her time explaining details and ensuring we were completely comfortable about every step along the way that made us feel entirely confident. Irena has such a great knowledge and uses all of this skill to remain one step ahead, ready to chivvy and chase the various parties throughout the process to ensure everything stays on plan. Suzanne progressed the photographs and marketing. Both of which were outstanding. The quality of the photographs was excellent (especially the 360 degrees walkthrough) and she even went back the next day to capture perfect blue skies in the outside shots and a beautiful dusk shot. Irena’s experience once again proved invaluable in researching the all important asking price and was on hand to advise on the various offers we received, clarifying our understanding so we could make an informed decision to accept the best overall offer. Two key documents stood this team apart from other Realtors this was their transparent approach to Tiered Commission Structure (only pay for the elements you require) and the Net Sheet (that clearly details the various expected expenses against income). After all the great work performed by this team we were absolutely delighted with the ‘Top Dollar’ price achieved on selling our Florida property and making the process as stress free as possible in less than a month. I often found my self texting her at midnight or later because she also educated me on the housing market and industry. She was always so eager to talk to me and not just in an e-mail or text. Suzanne was also phenomenal! She always made time to show us houses from morning till night. She is also very dedicated, a master photographer, and a hard worker. One instance was that the closing on the sale of my house was bumped up a day. I was behind on cleaning and packing my house. Suzanne came over and moved boxes, scrubbed counters, and even cleaned a toilet. Now that is dedication! Both Irena and Suzanne work together flawlessly and their personalities and skills compliment each other. I am so thankful I found them and that they were there to hold my hand throughout the whole process. If it was not for them, I can earnestly say that I would not be sitting in the most perfect house I have ever dreamed of. Thank you Irena and Suzanne! Fantastic experience: My wife and I live in the UK and like many sellers who live abroad, we were very apprehensive of how we would sell our holiday home. We have received many leaflets from various realtors in Florida over the years advertising their services, but the main question was, deciding who we should use? We reviewed the feedback comments left by many sellers and buyers of the various realtors on Zillow and Google, specialising in the Kissimmee area and there was something that stood out of the Aistrop team. All the comments were extremely positive and there were quite a few feedbacks, from people who were in a similar position to us, i.e., they were from the UK and other parts of the world. The most reassuring part was that they all had the same positive message of how professional and dynamic, this mother and daughter team were in all their dealings and how easy they had made the selling process. We contacted them on the 28th of June by email and we received a phone call within a couple of hours. Irena answered all our questions, explaining every step of the selling process, and then reassuring us that unlike in the UK, she and Suzanne would be with us all the way until our house was sold. Suzanne went to our home to take the photographs and do the videography. When she got there, she noticed that the house hadn’t been cleaned by the resort company. Suzanne didn’t make a big deal of it. She just rolled up her sleeves and cleaned the property from top to bottom so that when she was taking the pictures and videoed the house it would look stunning. Suzanne’s photography and videography was amazing. To say that Suzanne had gone the extra mile on our behalf is an understatement, we really cannot thank her enough. We had three prospective buyers within the first few days for the full asking price, which at the time was the highest selling price for a 2-bedroom house on the resort. Irena explained the three offers that we had from the three buyers and helped us to choose the best offer. Irena and Suzanne managed and coordinated all these steps with all the various parties from the prospective buyers, resort company, title company, accountant, home inspection company, remote notary, and money transfer company. We received regular phone calls from Irena keeping us informed of developments. They have such a fantastic network, that it was a pleasure to work with all of them. The home inspection identified a few minor issues that needed to be fixed before the deal could be closed. Irena worked with the resort company in getting these issues fixed. Our house was sold within seven weeks of our initial contact. That is just an amazing achievement and way beyond our wildest dreams. Fantastic experience: I worked with Irena and Suzanne and just bought my first rental property in Orlando. Irena is very customer-oriented person with good knowledge in local real estate market. She showed me a number of properties during my one-week visit in Orlando and helped me secured the one meets my criteria. I previously reviewed them 2 years ago after they sold my Dad’s home and we had them sell our home around the same time. Excellent service, care and concern for us through the entire process then and now through selling our newest (last now) home!! I can parrot everything I said in my previous review and more this time! Irena and Suzanne never lost touch with us; were always dropping notes asking about our well being and concerned we were loving our home. It is no wonder that we called them immediately when we thought of listing again! We wanted to downsize so that was our first consideration but then found out our grandchildren were being moved out of area!! We couldn’t stay for sure after hearing that! Irena and Suzanne came running to our rescue to once again help us navigate the real estate waters! We are so thankful we did. From the first visit to brainstorm, it was like visiting with best friends these ladies are so lovely, warm, caring and genuine, to after we moved away they were constantly in touch and available to our every call, text, question or concern!! As our buying agents they helped us with several in-person viewings which during these times can be tricky. For each viewing they were well prepared and had done research on both the house and local area.
