I originally signed a one-year lease, which included a two-month penalty if the lease was broken. Unfortunately, I had to make the very difficult decision to break my lease after my younger brother unexpectedly passed away. Because of everything my family was dealing with, I needed to remain on my side of town. What makes this even more meaningful is that I had to break the lease just one week before I was scheduled to move in, during the peak summer rental season. Despite the timing and the circumstances, PMI was incredibly understanding and compassionate. They worked with both me and the landlord to find a solution that worked for everyone. They are even providing me with a refund, which they absolutely did not have to do under the terms of the lease. Fantastic experience: Recently moved into a home by Prime Home. Was by far the best experience my wife and I ever had. The home was just like the pictures showed. Everything was very clean. The property manager Jackie was a joy to work with and very communicative and accommodating. The gentleman that showed the home David was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
