Negative experience: The air was always out, the lawn was always unmanaged, there were ants and mice. Hell! My very first night there, the air was out and there was no hot water. There was an issue with the kitchen light, the bathroom door was coming apart, the "brand new" washer didn't work, they put a lock on the door to where the AC unit was but then wanted me to change the filter and give them its measurements; sorry, can't help you, I do not have access to that part of the house, but thanks for that, that was also real helpful when this is also where the cable line is supposed to be ran... They told me to put the filter on the front porch so they could do it, so I did and there it sat for about 4 months. When I found a different [much better] place, I broke lease. I tried to give them ample notice; they didn't respond. We had to send multiple emails and call multiple times before we finally heard back from them. I paid my rent and all fees ahead of time (I made a habbit of paying a week or two early pretty much every month because I never wanted to be late) including my fees for breaking the lease. I also *read and understood* my lease. They were not communicative until they tried to collect on their payment that they had tried to overcharge me on, to the point I had to consult a lawyer for them to withdraw the charge. But they got their money in the end because I left the house pristine, so much so that when they spoke to my family, they told them how impressed they were with how clean we had left it, but when I received my security deposit back, they made sure to charge a bunch of bogus stuff such as "house not being cleaned" and "blinds not hung" (we bought replacement blinds for every window, my father offered to come and hang them) to equal exactly what I "owed" plus $10. Real cute. We aren't stupid. This is a terrible company to rent from. Don't do it!

Fantastic experience: Stephanie was referred to us from good friends. They told us we would not be disappointed in her thoroughness and expertise; and they were absolutely correct! Right from the start she listened to what our needs were (which were many), and she came through. It took time to find "the one" but when we did, she fielded all of our questions with the sellers agent, negotiated price, and much more. The closing process was a breeze. Stephanie is just a lovely person through and through, and she is so easy to work with. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Fantastic experience: Stephanie was initially hired as our Realtor back in the summer of 2023, to help us rent out my stepdaughter’s home located in Dallas, Georgia when she fell gravely ill and could no longer live alone. She had to move in with me and her father but she did not want to lose her home so she decided to turn it into a rental property until she got better and was well enough to move back in it. Sadly my stepdaughter passed away in January 2024, and we asked Stephanie if she could stay on as our Realtor and help us try and sell my stepdaughter’s home. After months and months of ups and downs, weeks and weeks of what we thought were road blocks the house finally sold on December 19, 2024. Stephanie went above and beyond what we thought a Realtor would do. She stuck with us and fought for us, through all the challenges we faced during this entire process. We could not have asked for a better Realtor. My husband and I would definitely use her again if we needed to and we would definitely recommend her to family and friends who are in need of a great Realtor. Negative experience: NOT recommended. Look the other way and run, as fast as you can. Communication is terrible, promises are made but not followed up. Do not trust this company to manage your property if you want to be kept up to date, want to receive your rent on time, or want answers on anything in general. I feel like I was more hands on with this company, than I would have been had I found a tenant myself. Legal action seems to be the only way to get them to do the job they were hired to do.

Positive experience: Put our house on the market on a Friday and we had 3 contracts on Sunday sold that day. Plus closing came my Mortgage Company Planet Lending is a joke. After 5 days of the closing Attorneys office and me calling could not get the payoff Stephanie Sparks call me and ask for my info for Planet ONE CALL that's all it took the payoff was given and I know she went above and beyond the call of duty. I pray God Blesses her and prospers her business tremendously. We need more caring people like her. Thanks so much you'll never know how much you mean to us. While some people may find this review a bit biased given our relationship, I feel it to be extremely necessary to provide an honest, first-hand review of my experience in sharing how choosing her to be mine and Cody’s realtor for the sale of our first home and purchase of our dream home was one of the best decisions we could have ever made! We knew how important working with the right agent would be given the critical time in our lives. We were quickly outgrowing our little 2 bed, 1 bath bungalow and are expecting our first child in Feb 2020.
