As for the home sale, she was thorough and straight-forward with communications and expectations from offer to closing. Anet worked with my mother, who had never sold or bought before after the death of her spouse. Due to my limitations, I was unable to help, but Anet had every base covered. Fantastic experience: It is with great pleasure that I can recommend Anet for any real estate sales needs. I think it’s important to add some context before going into my review. My wife and I have both been involved in real estate lending for 30+ years with over 60 years between us,. Our roles are B2B in the secondary market and so we do not have a relationship with “business” relationship with Anet, but it does give us insight as to how an unqualified Realtor can wreak havoc on a transaction. Honesty, Transparency, Accountability and Integrity are four adjectives that pertain to Anet. Anet has represented us as a Buyers Agent and Selling Agent so we have been able to see first hand how she handles different transactions. Her market knowledge is outstanding and she has a lot of amazing affiliates she can recommend to help with your transaction; it is important to remember that your Attorneys, Title and Lenders all play a critical role in a smooth transaction , so her experience and relationships matter. What sets Anet apart is her approach and ability to take the stress out of a transaction.. We have purchased and sold many homes over the years, and have dealt with a lot of frustrated and inexperienced realtors through our lending careers and the hard transactions are almost always made worse because the Realtors are more concerned with their commission and the buyers and sellers experience unneeded stress. Anet puts the customer first, she looks for solutions and absorbs the stress so her buyers or sellers do not have to. Over the years when I have had to get involved with situations in lending there is usually a Realtor blowing it up and getting everyone worked up vs calmly looking for solutions ; but with Anet you will have an advocate that won’t let small items turn into problems. There isn’t another Realtor I would ever consider using in the Great State of Georgia!

Fantastic experience: Can I say 10 stars?! Anet is the best! My parents, who are elderly, hired Anet, but as their adult child, I was the actual client. Mom and Dad picked Anet for her stellar reputation in their neighborhood (as they moved to a senior community).
