Fantastic experience: Ajay and Carly made what could have been a painful experience (months of searching for the perfect home), seamless. They helped us find a home that checked all the boxes - a remarkable feat in a tough housing market! They were extremely responsive and always available. We always felt like we were their only clients with the amount of time and attention they gave us (even though they are extremely busy selling real estate!) and we never felt rushed or pressured into making a purchase. Negative experience: One of their real estate agents lied to her boss and tried to get me to go through listing my property when I told her before she even was my realtor to help me acquire my new land that I already had a buyer for my house. And all she had to do was collect the fee from the land I was buying but instead made everything so hard by lying and being inexperienced and ended up backing out and I had to start the whole contract process over again for me to buy the land

Fantastic experience: Overall, this was an excellent experience as buyers. We worked with both Ajay and Liz in purchasing a home in 2024. Everyone was very prompt and responsive to questions and offered honest and thoughtful insight throughout the buying process (and in a highly competitive market). Ajay kept in touch despite being out of the country for a short vacation and was very attentive to even small details; all of which was greatly appreciated and I would recommend the Hershey Real Estate Group highly!

He seemed more interested in following ethical guidelines than selling a home---was very clear that inspections are important and that 'winning' a bidding war because you decline inspection is NOT recommended. Negative experience: My husband and I arrived at the appointed time to see one of your listings yesterday (2/27/21). The agent was NOT on site and there was a line to get in. Three people behind us had NO masks on and nobody was there to make sure COVID guidelines were followed. The listing agent told our buyer's agent that all offers were due on Monday 3/1/21 at 5 pm. We found out this morning (2/28/21) that the listing agent allowed another buyer's agent to jump the line and force an offer through before the other agents could respond. The other agents were NOT notified of this change and the home was sold to the first offer. We were prepared to make a CASH offer significantly over the listing price which may have been a much better offer for the seller. This is, at the very least, unethical. If the seller finds out how much money your agent left on the table by not considering ALL offers and abiding by the original deadline for offers, you could be liable in court!
