Fantastic experience: I had another amazing experience with Alyssa at Peak Properties. She helped me purchase my home back in November of 2020 and it was a no-brainer to call her up when I decided that I wanted to sell it. She made it seamless from beginning to end. Coached me through the process, handled everything with punctuality and even helped me move my couches when I needed a hand. She does it all. An all-star!

Fantastic experience: Due to serious electrical issues with our rental home in another state, we had to evacuate the property on short notice. I called Kelsie Renneisen, whom we met in August 2025 to do a fact finding mission to determine if Wyoming would be a good fit for our family. I explained to her our situation and told her that I needed to find a home that weekend. She and I met two days later. She guided me all around Cheyenne for the entire day. I found the perfect home that was within in our budget. Kelsie immediately jumped into action and rallied the team necessary to meet our tight schedule. She was with us every step of the way even though we live 1600 miles away. Thanks to Kelsie we beat our closing deadline and are now very happy and proud residents of Cheyenne. Go Pokes!!

Fantastic experience: There are not enough kind words to express our thanks and gratitude to Kelsie. This was our first home purchase and she guided us from start to finish flawlessly. Her knowledge and expertise is second to no one. Above and beyond. And her kindness didn't stop after the closing. We haven't officially moved into the house yet and a large AND HEAVY package had been delivered early. She stopped by the house and moved it behind the fence by herself for us. Then the next morning she came back out with her husband and they put it in the garage!!!!! Bottom line, you will not find a more talented, knowledgeable and kind person to work with. Our agent Kelsie Renneisen is the definition of hard working, trustworthy, patient, and a super advocate for her clients. We have just purchased our second home through Kelsie, our first home was purchased during covid also through Kelsie and Peak Properties. Each time we found what we wanted, Kelsie would show us the house and let us decide with no pressure tactics at all whether we would move forward or not. Negative experience: Military beware. She is all about getting your money and will leave you high and dry for maintenance needs. You have to call her multiple times to get services completed. She will rob you of your chance to do a walk through just so she can under pay you back on the deposit. Horrible customer service and no respect for servicemembers. She knows it’s guaranteed money and will get you in there to sign a longer lease and forget about you. Put a horrible taste in my mouth. Stay away! Because of her, I refuse to rent again! Wow!

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience. We signed a lease on a rental on a Friday night late after work. Because it was late she promised to get us a copy on Monday. Instead she called us on Sunday night and changed the terms, demanding more money and no dog allowed on the property. Because it was so late, it was impossible to get a new leas with a dog on such short notice. My family was left homeless and she didn't care for anything but her money.
