Negative experience: Awful and lazy. Look at any of her listings photos. Not professionally done, clothes, trash everywhere. Then listed for top dollar when these houses arw trashed and look like dumps. Just lazy and unprofessional. Her listings sit for MONTHS! Would never ever do business with this agency. Had one of her buyers properties contingent to purchase mine. That house is STILL for sale 5 months later. Meanwhile mine has sold and closed.

Fantastic experience: I was a tenant of Barb's over two years ago, and have since moved out of town. I called her to ask a few real estate questions, and she immediately remembered my name and which house I lived in. She has always been extremely professional and kind in all our dealings, and I would recommend her to anyone looking for the highest level of real estate professionals!

Negative experience: Found Barbara to be consistently rude and talked down to my wife. Rented us a place that was trashed, and refused to come do a walk-through with us. While living there for 6 months or so we fixed up some of the more glaring issues. We planted grass, where there was almost none before, trimmed the bushes, and gave the whole place a comprehensive cleaning. Upon moving out, suddenly she was all about a walk-through, where her words were "Did you guys even try??" Nasty to work with, and poorly maintained rental properties.
