Fantastic experience: My house was unique. The lakefront location was tremendous but there were some hurdles with the house itself which created a smaller market niche for any potential buyer. Candee did a great job incorporating these factors in the pricing and marketing of the property.

Fantastic experience: Candee knows Mankato! A couple of viewings on a Saturday (just looking) turned into purchasing our new home in Mankato. Candee was extremely knowledgeable and helpful as we navigated a new town and an unknown real estate market. She was very responsive to our million questions as we made an offer, negotiated with the seller and ultimately signed the closing documents. Candee's personal touches (like an introductory video before our first meeting) in addition to her charm and friendliness closed the deal for us. Her professional approach and patience with the seller and buyer. She never took it to heart, some of the emotions that come pouring out during negations. We learned a great deal during the process such as don't put too much down, keep good records, sellers have a big bill at the end to pay for closing costs.
