Even though this was not our first real estate transaction, he taught us a few things and we wish we found him sooner! The best part is even with his low fee, he still provides excellent service, honest opinions & expertise.

He went above and beyond to show us houses all around Grand Rapids and gave us his honest opinion on prices, state of the house and much more. He is a good listener, very responsive, knowledgeable and always had our preferences in mind when suggesting new showings. The best part: We had to leave MI for a month but we wanted to continue our house search and Jeff helped us by actually going to see houses himself and do live video tours with us so we won't miss out on a good find. I am so glad we found and chose Jeff to guide us in the house buying process. We are grateful for all your help and advice! Thanks!

Fantastic experience: Jeff helped us with our move back into Michigan and had the depth of knowledge we needed to find the right house. Besides being a super fun guy to tour houses with, he helped us navigate a difficult market and find a house that checked our boxes. He’s also an expert in pools and grilling! Thanks Jeff!!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I moved from out of state and were lucky to find someone like Jeff to guide us through our home search. Not knowing the area very well, we relied heavily on Jeff’s knowledge of Western Michigan as well as his knowledge of the intricacies of the home-buying process in Michigan. Another bonus with Jeff is his experience in the construction industry. It’s nice to find a realtor who is professional, but finding one who can also advise you on mechanical aspects of homes is pretty rare. Jeff was also very responsive and always on time. In a tough housing market, we were able to find a house that checked all of our boxes thanks to Jeff’s dedication to our search.

Fantastic experience: Jeff did a wonderful job for us. He really knows the market and will definitely sell your home quickly and get maximum value.

Fantastic experience: I have used Jeff to buy and sell 2 houses for me in the last year and in every case he was knowledgeable about the market and his communication was outstanding. The other realtors Jeff was working with were also complimentary about his work and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Jeff helped us purchase a home from out-of-state, and we were thankful to have his expertise on our side. Jeff is a great negotiator and helped us get the best price for our home. He was readily available to answer all of our questions--big and small. Many of our family and friends had already worked with Jeff and we are so glad we took their recommendations seriously. If you're looking for someone transparent, direct, and efficient, he's your guy.

Fantastic experience: We've sold two houses and bought one house at different times and market climates with Jeff Kremers. He was so helpful with both buying and selling. With selling, he gave great advice on what to focus on to prep for sale. With buying, we ended up in a home we love and felt confident buying. He has great communication skills, works hard to ensure the best and fairest deal is reached, and he knows West Michigan inside and out! It’s obvious too that he loves this job and cares about people!

Fantastic experience: Jeff is a great Realtor and a tenacious salesperson. He has sold two homes for us and helped us purchase our current home. We were always confident he was in our corner working to get us the highest possible price for our property and I would definitely work with him again next time around (including commercial properties)!

Fantastic experience: In the summer of 2018, we sold our home in Byron Center (Providence Lake subdivision) - Jeff came recommended to us by friends in the Grandville area. Fantastic experience: Jeff is simply the best realtor I’ve ever dealt with …. Really knows his trade inside and out …. Goes above and beyond for his clients… he really cares !!!

Fantastic experience: Jeff was amazing to work with! He helped us buy our first home two years ago. The market had just started to get crazy and we were getting outbid often. We were starting to get discouraged but with Jeff’s advice and skill, we were able to buy a fixer upper at a great price! We love our home and loved working with Jeff. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor!

Fantastic experience: This realty pro is in your corner!

Fantastic experience: Jeff is an excellent realtor with a wealth of experience doing things the right way. We’ve used him for selling our home and purchasing two different ones. He’s thorough and explains all the details of a transaction well. He also is a straight shooter. His experiences from owning an HVAC company are incredibly valuable when touring homes and making sure they have “good bones.” Jeff also communicates well. We have always had peace of mind knowing he’s advocating on our behalf. You won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Jeff worked very hard to help us find a great home. Friendly, helpful, patient.

Fantastic experience: Jeff has been my realtor since 2013 and helped me both buy and sell homes. He’s been a wonderful guide through each transaction. His trustworthy and honest advice has been invaluable!

Fantastic experience: Jeff helped us buy our home five years ago and was amazing throughout the process. Being first time home buyers he gave us so much insight and things to be prepared for. Even after the sale we had an issue with the seller and Jeff went above and beyond to ensure the seller did his part to make things right! Definitely going to use Jeff for any future home sales/purchases.

Fantastic experience: Jeff went above & beyond to sell my condo and made sure I got the very best offer! I will never buy or sell a house without him! Going through houses with him was great, as well! He pointed out structural things that I would have never noticed. He didn't mind showing us quite a few houses until we found 'the one!'

Fantastic experience: Jeff was super helpful and detailed on helping us find a house. It was a long search but he work very hard at it through out the process!

Fantastic experience: Jeff was amazing to work with! We were first time home buyers who knew nothing about the housing market or even what we should look at. He walked us through multiple places to find us the perfect fit. Fast forward a few years when the housing market started to get a little crazier and our family started to grow…connected with Jeff once again and he found us our forever home! Jeff knows the market and will make sure you are well taken care of whether you are buying, selling, or both :)

Fantastic experience: We loved working with Jeff! He is knowledgeable, open and honest and very trustworthy!

Fantastic experience: We would highly recommend Jeff! We've used him many times as he has helped us buy, sell and build a new house. He’s honest, caring, has a great sense of humor and overall a great guy!

Fantastic experience: Jeff was great to work with, very professional and had our best interests out front. Would highly recommend and would be happy to use him again in the future!

Fantastic experience: Helped us buy the Condo we wanted and sold our home quickly and efficiently

Fantastic experience: With so many real estate agents in the area it is hard to know whom to choose. I wanted someone with years of experience, who wasn’t trying to just capitalize on the recent boom in the market. I wanted someone I could trust who did what he promised he would do. I wanted someone who was looking out for me as I made one of the biggest transactions of my life. Jeff checks all those boxes and more. This is just one of the many times I have recommended Jeff, the others have been to friends and family! If you are looking for an excellent, experienced agent, who has integrity, and will communicate effectively to you and on your behalf get ahold of Jeff Kramers at West Michigan Realty Pros!

Fantastic experience: Jeff helped us both buy and sell our home recently. We are new to the area and got referred from family friends. His service was some of the best we've ever experienced in real estate. Very flexible with our schedules and extremely responsive communication! Plus, we were highly satisfied with the price we received.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have used the realty services of Jeff Kremers for purchasing two properties. I trusted his guidance as began our search and then was impressed with his advice every step of the way. He went out of his way to make the process as easy as possible for us. We did encounter some issues at closing that was beyond his control (errors made by the title company). It caused him significantly more time, but he proceeded professionally in dealing with appropriate parties and in communication. We are pleased with our purchases and the entire process.

Fantastic experience: We have worked with West Michigan Realty Pros since 2011 when we bought our first home. Jeff showed us houses that were exactly what we were looking for, and then the negotiation was awesome so that we could get our first home. We were new to the process as we had never bought a home before, and Jeff helped us through all the process, with patience, and professionalism. I was really appreciative of him as a person too, because he is charm and easy to talk to. I'm not a native English speaker, and sometimes it's difficult to make others understand me, but Jeff never made me feel unlisten, he was patient, respectful and eager to help. In addition, to listen to your needs, he is always honest, and helpful, he would usually have all the answers to our questions, but if he didn't he followed up with, and he would always respond within 24 hours. We have worked with him to buy and sell houses. Again, first time we sold, it was slight different process, but his team did a great job with pictures of our home, and with negotiations to sell. Trust me, West Michigan Realty Pros are wonderful to work with.

Fantastic experience: Jeff took the time to go through countless houses with us until we found what we were looking for. He always responded quickly to all my calls or texts and got us showings ASAP. When we found our now current house the process was seamless. Great realtor, would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Jeff to buy our first house. He was great to work with. Helped us a lot. He was, and still is, always available to any question. Very professional and Responsive. Thanks again Jeff

Fantastic experience: Jeff has ALWAYS been available, professional and at the ready with any questions we have. Going the extra mile to make our house hunting experience a good one. He is patient with a great personality. Wouldn't have anyone else represent us as a house seller and a buyer.

Negative experience: He came as a buyer's agent, after the buyer found our home on his own. There was a misunderstanding about his realtor fee and then he ignored us for 3 weeks as my brother got the house ready to sell and never sent an official release from contract, just an addendum that via email he claimed was a change of price because of inspections. Not professional at all. He put my brother and his fiance in a really hard spot as they look for a new house. I certainly would not trust him if he comes as a buyer's agent.
