She even dealt very effectively with the very bureaucratic and unscrupulous condo association that I had to deal with for 17 years. She also found me a very good long term tenant that rented my unit for 6 years I until I decided to sell. Great agent!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent performance.

Negative experience: My husband and I were very dissatisfied with the service we received from the realtor. We chose her based on a neighbor's referral and her general reputation in the Homestead area. It was a nightmare from start to finish. We had her do an initial consultation with us two years prior, giving us advice on how to prepare our home to sell. At this time, we found her to be knowledgeable and pleasant. As soon as we signed the contract with her all that changed. She showed little enthusiasm for conducting Open Houses or showings on the house. We complained to her regarding poor communication, and we even called Mr. Tony Garcia to complain about the services and poor communication and all we received after this was passive aggressive text messages after that. Thank goodness for our realtor, that we were using to buy our house and who received a lower commission, and the buyers’ realtor who did constantly communicate with us during the purchase contract. We were so very disappointed with the whole entire process on the selling side. We basically paid the realtor close to $ 25,000 for a minimal return on investment. As opposed to purchasing our new home with Coldwell-Banker, which was very pleasant and for the most part stress-free. What was the difference? It was clear, constant, pleasant communication by our realtor from start to finish. We had heard so many good things about Keyes before this, therefore we are very disillusioned with Keyes and our experience.

Negative experience: I listed with Keyes company year 2017 for sale, Property for sale end 2018, the listing for sale expired with Keyes Company on January 2018. Keyes lien the property that I did not know, they won't let you sale or lease your property with others agent. Please better watch out and check your property lien, if you listed with them in the past. You might pay them big commission lien fee if you choose other agent if you did not know. Or you not even be able to sell your own property. This is my bad experience with bad real estate company. I just knew that lien after I try to lease my property to others, it show that Keyes Company lien many of my Properties, some they released and a few still active lien till present.

Negative experience: La peor experiencia de vida. No utilicen sus inspectores, son un fraude todos. Compre un town house con esta compañía y resulta que el aire acondicionado estaba dañado, el techó podrido, el gabinete de la cocina podrido , la nevera dañada, ect todo disfrazado. De amarran a un contrato cuando te hacen la oferta y desp te das cuenta que son fraude en todo. No caigan con contrato is que para garantizar la compra, porque desp ellos incumplen en todo y ya no puedes mandarlo a la basura porque tienes un contrato con ellos. Te corren el crédito 5 veces . Busquen su propio inspector. Lo barato sale caro. Mienten en todo, eviten un dolor de cabeza con esta gente, nada de profesionales que son.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. Been living in my home 19 years & used this company. I thought I had made a good choice. Natalie (the buyers agent) that happens to work for the company tried swindling money out of my husband on numerous occasions. 1st time when the buyer was late with coming up with some monies & was penalized. Natalie persuaded we help her out. It wasn't our fault she forgot to follow through with her deal at her end. Then right before the closing & at the final walk through, she successfully swindled $400 cash out of my husband for the ceiling fans we removed. We were also forced to leave the washer & dryer we had planned to take. We also bought used washers & dryers. So the new owners ended up with our new washer & new dryer & our used washer & used dryer. Our agent was great (Nancy) & forgot to write down we were taking our washer & dryer & ceiling fans. But my husband verbally told the New owners the 1st time they walked through that we were possibly taking all those items. He told the husband & Natalia(the agent). Not only was Natalia able to swindle cash out of my husband she also had created a scene in the front of my house. It was the most unprofessional & unpleasant experience we have ever had with a real estate company. Buyer & sellers beware.

Fantastic experience: Jorge Perez was the best real estate agent I've ever worked with. Extremely professional, he went the extra (many) miles to get my property sold quick. Based on his expertise and professional knowledge (he has a deep knowledge of the Homestead market) we priced, staged, marketed and sold the house in a matter of 2 weeks. Thanks Jorge and Keyes!
