Fantastic experience: Kelly Tedder is an incredible realtor, and I’m so grateful for her. She listed my home and sold it in less than 45 days! When I was hesitant to settle for my next home purchase and had already seen house number 30 or 35…not sure, I quit counting - but Kelly didn’t give up! She knew exactly what I was looking for and stuck with me until I found my soul space. I’ll truly miss walking through strangers’ houses with Kelly. She’s hands down the best realtor I’ve ever worked with!

Negative experience: Kayla was the most unhelpful and rude property manager. We are friends with the owners and she was still a nightmare. Her communication, attitude, disrespectful behavior, and lack of people skills ultimately made us purchase a house! Imagine! Move-out communication ultimately ended up being with Jim Knackk which was much better! But email seems to be best, as no one really answers the phone.

Fantastic experience: Brooke is awesome! She was so patient with us as we found a house, we could call home. She went to countless showings just for us to turn down until we found one we liked. I recommend Brooke to anyone! She will treat you like family.

Negative experience: I heard a lot of good things about PorchLight but the experience with Kayla was a nightmare. We initially stopped in to see if they would contact the property owner of a house that had previously been posted for rent and was now listed sale to see if it could be rented again, she seemed confused and said they never rented that property before (I have screenshots). Anyways, everything was great she wrote a list of properties down for me, we found the one we liked and wanted to see, then let her know and we applied. She let us know that she accepted and sent a deposit request right away with a due date the same day, which was abnormal and pushy but we paid to secure the house. I asked some questions about the property and my questions were glossed over and never answered, she seemed to get confused easily so I brushed it off as her having a lot on her plate. Very soon afterwards, we get notified we’ve been sent the lease, the due date is well before the current tenants will be out and for us to have time to view the house before signing, and she had still not answered any of my questions. I followed up and told her I wanted to visit the property before signing the lease and she got incredibly aggressive and started texting my partner. She told us it was “weird” that we wanted to view the property before signing the lease, that she was doing us a favor, and that I was being “standoffish” and “unhappy” during the whole process and started crying to her over the phone. I called to understand what was happening, to ask why she wanted the deposit and lease before viewing and not communicating that whatsoever, she got defensive and started yelling, claimed that it started off badly because I accused them of renting out a place from under me which I did not, she admitted I was right when I corrected her, then I said her communication has been terrible but everything had been fine up until today and that she was incredibly unprofessional, then she said I couldn’t talk to her that way while yelling at me, so I told her she was the one being irate and disrespectful, that I wanted my deposit back and hung up. Ultimately, I went to PorchLight because I expected professionalism and higher quality homes, but I was met with someone who does not communicate well, is unprofessional and rushes you into a home you haven’t laid eyes on, takes no accountability for their actions, and tries to flip the script and play victim to escape accountability. I should also note that the price was increased by $125/mo from the list she had given me two days earlier and was still listed on all websites at the lower price, so not only was it false advertising, but I suspect she works on commission and was attempting to rush/bully us into a house for the commission check, at least that is the most plausible explanation for the unethical behavior to me.

Fantastic experience: We were in the market for a rental, we had acreage and a tiny house in Cabot. We fell in love with a very “vintage” home in Sherwood, in October 2025, we had a few bumps in the road with family health concerns, after selling our place in December , we contact PorchLight and in January Jim Knaack who was the agent for this home, let us k ow it WAS still available! The office staff is incredibly polite and professional, and we love our “new”( vintage) home! Thank you again, for a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Tami Davis was wonderful to work with! We moved from out of state to central Arkansas. We had to drive back and forth a few times to view homes. She kept in constant contact with us about what was going on in the process and was always available to answer questions. She made our move so much easier by being a fantastic agent! Fantastic experience: Nikki was a fantastic agent. We are a military family and she scored us such an amazing home! She rode the wild roller coaster known as a military PCS and helped make a deal between two military families smooth as can be. She makes herself available to answer any questions that you may have and she is quick to find an answer for you, even if she may not have it at the moment. She is incredibly knowledgeable and so kind. She shows such excitement for her work and you can tell she has a true passion for helping people find their perfect home ((or sell their home)). Fantastic experience: Bought our first home from them they was wonderful helped us through the whole process!

Negative experience: Be careful buying a home in Autumn Brooke Estates!! We have many problems with our home. For example, the paint on cabinets and walls are chipping away and we haven’t event lived here a whole year yet! It’s obvious the home was rushed! Anytime you say something is wrong and needs fixed, the construction supervisor comes off as we (the buyer) are bothering him or annoying him! For Paying over $300,000 for a new home, I expected better quality! The paint is just one small example…

Fantastic experience: I was visiting my son and he suggested I look at some homes in the Cabot area. He contacted Porchlight Reality and we met with Tammy. We talked I told her what we would like and Bingo she contacted us the next day with a house that went on the market that morning. We were the second buyer to look at the house. Fantastic experience: I was connected with Mandy and her team by happenstance from a real estate app, and it happened just the way it was supposed to! Mandy & Holly both put so much time and effort in every day and you can tell they love what they do. They truly did whatever was best for me, worked around my crazy schedule, and always answered my questions, even when they didn’t have to. They stayed involved after I moved into my house and helped me with various first time home owner hurdles. Even when things got stressful, they assured me everything would work out. Negative experience: There was a sign put in the front yard of a property I was interested in renting. Tried every person on the property management team and reached no one....left message and 24 hours later still had not heard back from anyone. Even tried reaching personnel on the sales team with no success. 9 different phone calls and messages and still have not been able to reach a single person! Not sure how to rent or buy if you cant reach anyone.

Fantastic experience: We bought our first home through them and it went great! Our agent was Jeff Niorot and he was very helpful and professional. He was wonderful helping us with the frustration of looking at homes. Everyone in the office was very friendly when we walked in. Jane Loeber was very helpful as well and knowledgeable on letting us know as first time home buyers what to do. Over all would definitely recommend going with them if your looking in buying a house!

Negative experience: Currently in the process of buying a house. They are working on behalf of the seller. They have prolonged the process by simply not replying to messages, or answering the phone. When they did get around to sending the paper work they were too lazy to update it and sent an expired contract. It’s been over 24 hours since we have reached an agreement on price, and still haven’t received the correct paper work.
