Negative experience: I’ve purchased and sold 3 homes with them including buying and selling of an ocean front property. I won’t disclose the agents name but stay away from this place. Uneducated on multiple topics with multiple errors in closing process ; poor representation in negotiations and quite frankly are just push overs to sell a home. Zero help from agents, they just send emails and expect you to do it all, why pay them commission if they don’t set anything up for you? I have found new representation in the island for my homes and future homes and I suggest you do the same!

Negative experience: Came onto a private property and put their fliers under my windshield wipers. The car was under the house. Doesn't help that the flyer is in plastic and contributes to litter.

Fantastic experience: I have been on Oak Island since 1986 and been employed in the Real Estate Industry since that time. This beach is, let me say, accommodating. There are beach access and parking on most cross streets. The overall attitude is "a family beach". Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage has an office located next door to Food Lion on Oak Island. The agents are seasoned and know the area. Come when you can.
