While it was certainly not an ideal situation, they were understanding and willing to work with us to reach a reasonable resolution. Negative experience: I’m totally willing to edit my review should things get better but as of right now, I really don’t have anything positive to say about them. My girls signed a new lease back in August, but we’re unable to even take possession for almost a month due to the fact that the fence was missing pieces, the washing machine did not work, and the toilet was literally just sitting on the floor. My kids were told that their washing machine had been replaced, but it’s been a month and the washing machine is broken yet again. It’s been almost 2 weeks and it’s my understanding that no one has been out to look at it yet. I thought I was going to be excited that they were moving into a home because they were paying so much rent on an apartment, at least at the apartment when something went wrong, someone came right out to fix it. Do better

Fantastic experience: ABC Property Management has been handling a rental property for me the last several years. Brian and his staff have done a great job getting tenants into the house. Hot water tank went out and he had a new one installed the next day. Decided to repaint a few bedrooms and have the fence re-stained between tenants, and the contractors he used performed prompt, professional work at better prices than I could source on my own. Lease agreements, tax documents, and monthly statements are all accurate and timely; things I prefer a professional company to manage. Highly recommend ABC Management for taking care of your property.

Fantastic experience: Moved to Farmington from Oklahoma. Contacted Brian Clark by phone when we got to town. Very easy process of showing rentals. Made our decision, contacted Brian, again by phone. He was very helpful and understanding of the strains and complications of moving a family (and pets) to a new town. We rented from ABC Property Management for a few months before finding a home to purchase. Again, as we were unsure of closing dates, Brian was quite flexible and understanding. We would certainly recommend ABC Property Management and Brian Clark to anyone moving to this area.
