On October of 2023, my husband fell on orders and he was to report with us (his family) by November 27th. Fantastic experience: Yaneth Ramirez was an absolute Rockstar. The process of buying a home is exciting, exhausting, stressful and joyful all at the same time. We put ab offer on two houses which both got over 10 offers each. The night that we lost the second one Yaneth was up at 11:30 pm placing our third offer which was a sight unseen. After much back and forth we were notified that our offer was accepted. On top of her diligence with that process she, without prompt called the listing agent and got us in to see the house on Mother's day (what a gift for my wife) and thankfully the house was as depicted by the pictures.
