Fantastic experience: Working with Erin was an incredible experience. From day one, she communicated with me nearly every single day, often letting me know what was needed for the loan before my bank even did. She connected me with an excellent inspector and recommended a sewer scope that gave me real peace of mind. Erin didn’t just handle the paperwork — she went out of her way to make things personal. Knowing my wife was still in Idaho, she helped me get set up with power of attorney so I could sign for her. She also knew my family was waiting on me to find a home quickly, and somehow she worked her magic so we closed in just 27 days from the offer. After closing, she even brought me simple but thoughtful supplies (like dish soap and paper towels) to help me get started. That kind of care shows she treats clients like friends, not just business. As a first-time homebuyer — and the first in three generations of my family to own a home — Erin made me believe it was possible. She guided me with honesty, patience, and genuine care for my family’s future. If you want a realtor who will go above and beyond, advocate for you every step of the way, and truly celebrate your win with you, Erin is the one.

After meeting Erin and Neil (the Great Scott team), I was very impressed with their professional demeanor, focus, care, and attention to my specific needs. The process of selling a home, especially under certain circumstances, can be a taxing practical and emotional experience. I am so grateful for discovering & choosing this team to get the job done! They both went FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure (1) my home was in prime condition to sell, (2) listed at a practical, market competitive price; and (3) set realistic expectations with me and communicated thoroughly during each stage of the process. There were times when more than likely, I wasn't the easiest to work with but he never flinched! I highly recommend.
