Fantastic experience: Probably the easiest review I have ever done. My wife and I were looking for a new home in River Falls for our kids to finish growing up in. She found us that home.. not HOUSE.. but a beautiful home! She made the process simple and had our backs in more ways than one! Fantastic experience: Sarah was absolutely amazing to work with on the sale of our home in River Falls. She made the whole process seem less from start to finish. Our home was rather unique so we wanted a local agent who knew the area and market and Sarah was a perfect fit. She listened to our ideas on what we wanted to highlight on our home and added some ideas of her own. Her assessment and valuation of our home fell within the range my wife and I had determined from our own research. Of special note is the professional photographers she used to really make our home stand out. They took nearly 5 hours to photograph and video our home and the results were at a very high level. Her marketing of the home placed it in literally every available space including the MLS, Realtor.com, Zillow, Facebook, , Tik Tok, and numerous other websites. The results of that speak for themselves. The Facebook listing alone had over 20k views which really surprised us. The home was initially marketed as Coming Soon. That also did the trick as the first day it went live the scheduled showings filled the available time slots. In addition there was an open house for a few hours that evening which had nearly 20 perspective buyers come through in addition to the previously scheduled showings. When all was said and done we ended up with multiple offers by the second day it was live. Sarah went through each of these with us. There was one stand out offer that we all agreed was the correct one to accept and we did just that. After accepting the offer Sarah kept us well informed of the progress as we moved towards our closing. There were lots of questions from our buyers and the communication back and forth was handled professionally. Sarah even recommended a local moving company to move us to our new home in Northern Minnesota. Her recommendation was well deserved as Win Win Moving solutions out of Hudson was probably the best moving experience we've ever had and that includes quite a few fully paid corporate moves over the last 40 years. They handled our belongings with care and were incredibly personable and polite. Their services were also very reasonably priced. Our home closed without issue and we are still stunned at how simple the process was. Sarah is such an upbeat and caring realtor. I can honestly say she is the best realtor I've ever worked with and we're on our 11th home. She gets our highest recommendation.
