Fantastic experience: I was selling a rather unique home with fantastic gardens and a very old house and also looking for a small home on a larger property. Both of these created difficulties in the buying and selling processes. Steve did a great job of helping to guide me with pricing as well as playing up the attributes of the old house. He was also patient through the process as the sale went into winter and waiting to put back on the market in the spring allowed it to move much more quickly at an increased price. I can't recommend him enough.

Fantastic experience: I met Steve when we worked together many moons ago. We had fun (Steve is a hoot) and I really enjoyed it when we were both on the same project. Once he left to pursue his real estate license, I didn’t see him much except for an occasional post on social media. Fast forward a couple decades(?)…I was doing some work in my front yard one day and saw a car pull up in the lot next door; it was Steve. There was no way for him to know that I even had an inkling to sell at that point; he simply stopped by because he saw me out front, and rather than waving with a toot of the horn, he pulled over, got out and engaged me in a wonderful quick catch up chat. He never once asked if I was thinking about selling; he genuinely stopped as an old pal, curious as to how I was doing. That’s why I chose him as my real estate agent long before I actually thought about selling my house…which I did in 2022. I had a unique situation; the house was old and needed some TLC, and the lot’s location made it a tricky sell relative to your average 1 1/2 story bungalow in Mac-Groveland. And I told Steve I didn’t want to spend a fortune or tons of time with the whole “staging” thing. He came up with a plan, we executed it with precision, and I walked away from my house of 24 years with a satisfied smile instead of forlorn tears. I would highly recommend Steve if you’re looking into selling OR buying your home. Above and beyond being a great agent, he’s just a great guy.
