Inger Hiller - NextHome Aspire

Fantastic experience: If selling a house with Inger was cool (and stress free), consider me Miles Davis. The thought of moving our family of 5, plus a dog, seemed like a nightmare. We had so much going on outside of selling our house. Finding new schools and daycares, new pediatricians, dentists and doctors. Traveling to Florida to look at homes and mostly doing online research took alot of time away from the kids. Inger stepped in after months of planning and took the reins. She made the process smooth and stress free with an abundance of confidence and a plan for a successful listing and showing. We had some carpet issues, she recommended a fantastic carpet guy to come in. We had pretty basic decorations, she brought in a wonderful stager who really livened up the house. The photographer was top notch and the pictures turned out amazing. Aside from Ingers glowing personality and attitude, the team around her really elevated the experience. My wife and I felt confident with the entire operation. Inger was able to get an offer at asking price with ZERO concessions. I attribute that to her approach with strategic pricing, listing/ open house and showing dates, as well as the collateral and advertising campaign that she ran. I can go on but I'll stop here. 10/10 experience and would be thrilled to recommend her to anyone looking for an award-winning Realtor.

Fantastic experience: Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, attention to details. Inger was meticulous in reviewing contract details. Prepping the home in terms of cleaning and staging was above expectation. Market analysis and evaluation was thorough and in line with market pricing. We have used Inger in the past and selected her again based on past performance. Initial communication was long distance and via email and text. Response and turnaround was always prompt.

Fantastic experience: Inger was very helpful in putting together comps to enable us to dispute our local property taxes. We really appreciate her efforts!

Fantastic experience: We relocated from Texas to Colorado under a tight schedule, and Inger made the entire process seamless. She managed every detail—showings, offers, lender communication, and closing—while keeping us informed every step of the way. Her professionalism, organization, and calm approach made a stressful move easy. We’re so grateful to Inger and her team for getting us into our new home without a hitch!

Fantastic experience: Very professional, worked so hard for us. Couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Inger Hiller and Next Home are incredible. Inger’s strengths in knowing the real estate business inside & out, wisdom in how to best navigate deals, and wonderful personality made the process to buy and sell homes fast and successful. We were able to sell our home in 10 days for a great price - which is challenging in this market. On the buying side she was also able to negotiate a fantastic deal - with both closing quickly to meet my timelines. If you want an excellent agent, look no further than Inger and Next Home.

Fantastic experience: Inger was amazing at helping me sell my house. She had my house under contract in 3 days over the memorial weekend and we closed on July 16th of 2025. She made everything easy and made sure we had the best deal possible. Her and her team at Next Home were amazing. I will definitely use her when I decided to buy a house. She is amazing!

Fantastic experience: Inger has been our go-to agent for many years. She has helped us on both, the buy and sell, sides. She is wonderful to deal with and really takes care of her clients. She is detailed oriented and goes above and beyond to communicate frequently. We highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend! Inger goes above and beyond in every way, whether you are buying or selling. With all of the details that go into buying or selling a home, Inger takes care of it and will definitely take care of you! You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Inger has proven best practices that never fail she is awesome at what she does.

Fantastic experience: Inger was fantastic to work with through both the buying and selling process. My husband and I both felt like we had the best working with us every step of the way and one that really knew the Castle Rock market. She very quickly understood what we wanted in our next home and helped make that a reality. When preparing our house to sell she gave us a reasonable list of things to help us get top dollar and sell quickly, both of which were important to us when we were ready to put our house on the market. We would highly recommend Inger for anyone looking to buy or sell!

Fantastic experience: Inger is a true professional and expert in all things real estate. I have seen first hand her attention to detail when it comes to staging a house and getting it ready for the market. Her commitment to her trade and her “client first” mentality is incredibly apparent in everything she does, from marketing a listing to building relationships that last for years! She is also a phenomenal leader that her team can lean on and help navigate through any market conditions. If I were to buy or sell anywhere near Castle Rock, CO, Inger would be my first choice!

Fantastic experience: Inger is a one of a kind find for real estate needs. Whether it’s buying or selling or asking a question about your home she is willing to take time to help! And she is highly available which is great when shopping for a home. Or selling one quickly and professionally!

Fantastic experience: Inger is one of the best realtors in the business. I highly recommend meeting with her and seeing what she offers and how she’s different than other realtors.

Fantastic experience: Inger was great! She gives 100%, bending over backwards to help. Mike Nirk, one of her agents, was also wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Inger's local expertise enabled us to market and price the house appropriately. Her communication skills are excellent providing timely updates and information throughout the process. Inger coordinated all aspects of the sale and guided us through the process with no issues and a smooth drama-free closing.

Fantastic experience: Inger did a great job on the sale of our home. She marketed our home through several channels and provided services to help us prepare for the sale. Thank you, Inger!

Negative experience: I would NOT trust Inger as your realtor. Our realtor worked tirelessly to connect with Inger for almost 24 hours to let her know we were interested in writing a highly competitive offer and she didn't have the decency to reply until the home was already under contract. She failed to present our offer to her buyer and her lack of communication was highly unethical to both us as a potential buyer and her sellers. I wouldn't be surprised if she had some sort of inside deal for the sale of the home. I will also be reporting her to the real estate commission.

Fantastic experience: Inger is an outstanding realtor who gave us professional advice and support throughout the process of representing us in buying a Toll Brothers home and selling our home. She included professional staging, photography and window cleaning in her package which was extremely valuable in selling our home. She estimated the house would sell in 30-70 days with current interest rates but it sold in 2 days, due to her excellent marketing skills. She responded quickly when we had questions and greatly helped us navigate what had to be done to prepare our home to sell. She has great communication skills and is easy to work with. We were struggling with an issue with Toll Brothers on the new build with no response. Inger intervened on our behalf and was able to arrange a meeting with a Colorado representative of Toll Brothers that greatly benefited our situation. She attended the meeting as well. Inger is also involved in the local town government and is very knowledgeable about the local real estate market. We highly recommend her as a realtor.

Fantastic experience: Inger is truly amazing to work with! Her comprehensive system sold our house in the first few days due to her hard work. She knows the market and has so many contacts to help smooth the sales process. Inger is very generous compared to other realtors with her time and her proven techniques. We have used other realtors but she is by far the best!

Fantastic experience: Inger has been so amazing to work with! Took care of everything for us and made selling our home a breeze. Thank you so much. Seriously the best!

Fantastic experience: Inger Hiller is a Castle Rock local realtor who has specialized in the Colorado real estate market for over a decade. Her experience was immeasurable in the sale of my home. She not only helped me come up with the perfect price point, time it right for the home to sell within days of listing, but she also came with a large network of everything you need to get your home prepped for listing; from handy men to painter options to interior designer/stagers to window cleaners to photographers who all did an amazing job of enhancing the value of my home. I would highly recommend Inger and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Inger for your next real estate transaction. She sold one house and delicately balanced buying a new one for cash all with less than 20 days to close. It required spinning many plates and I don't think anyone else could have pulled off perfect timing quite like that.

Fantastic experience: 5 Stars for Inger! Working with her was the best part of helping me get my home of 30 years ready to sell. From the beginning of the process to after the sale Inger was my mentor who coached me through endless details. Professional in every way, prompt responses to each phone call, email, and text message, lists of resources for Everything, an organized plan to help me with scheduling, all wrapped up with steady encouragement, creative solutions and brilliant smiles. I moved out of state and left her with a million things to deal with and she didn’t miss a beat! If you want a smooth transition in such a life change as selling your home Inger is your girl. You will have the absolute best experience, guaranteed! She was the highlight of it all.

Fantastic experience: I am thrilled to write this review for Inger Hiller, who proved to be an incredible ally when it came to navigating the complex realm of property taxes. Even though I am not her client in real estate, she still went "above and beyond." I have met and done business with a few different real estate agents in the past 10 years, but I can honestly say that what truly sets Inger apart is the breadth of her knowledge and willingness to assist in areas that go beyond the traditional role of a realtor. In the midst of recent increases in home valuations accross the state of Colorado, she noticed the potential for property tax savings and proactively took the initiative to help me navigate through the process. Inger not only identified opportunities for reducing my property taxes but also provided valuable insights into the legal and administrative procedures involved. Her attention to detail and thoroughness were evident in every step of the process. Inger meticulously reviewed my property assessment, identified discrepancies, and assisted me step-by-step when filing the appeal in order to rectify them. Beyond her professionalism and remarkable skills, Inger's unwavering support and guidance made all the difference. She is patient, knowledgeable, and has the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Fantastic experience: Inger is awesome! I don’t know anyone who has a better understanding of Castle Rock and the surrounding area. We bought a house that had multiple offers, the reason they accepted ours was partially due to the fact that the sellers agent had worked with Inger in the past and it had gone so smoothly, our closing was no different. She is always accessible, fast to respond and extremely knowledgeable.
