Fantastic experience: All though I did not buy a house with Chris, he did set the bar very high for all future dealings with a realtor. That said I have gone through several now and finally settled on one that will suffice. Sadly no where as good as when I was with Chris. Highly recommend him to any one in his area looking to buy or sell.

Fantastic experience: Chris was the realtor for my client who just closed on his home today in Colorado Springs, I was the loan officer in the transaction. We had some hiccups on the lender side and Chris went above and beyond to help the buyer gather last minute conditions we needed as soon as we asked for them. If it weren't for him, this transaction could have been extremely delayed, or the seller could have backed out and kept the EMD. Negative experience: I received an unsolicited cold call this morning. I am not in the market to buy or sell a home. Message left was simply "Hey this is Chris, give me call." Followed by the phone number on all his Facebook posts. A quick google search later, and here we are. This practice is obnoxious, and I do not appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: Chris did an amazing job selling our house extremely quickly in (probably) the most difficult time of the year...over the winter holidays. We could not have asked for a better realtor and truly appreciate his hard work and effort in helping us in our time of need to sell our house quickly. I should have written this review sooner to share how great of a realtor he has been and how he really cared to help us get the best deal possible. Highly recommend to anyone in the market of either buying or selling! He is probably the most honest realtor I've met and is absolutely in the game for his clients and not entirely for himself.
