Fantastic experience: I absolutely love the home we ended up in and Mrs. Wolbert was an integral part of the process. We had a wild ride purchasing our current home. We had to push our closing due to contracted work not being completed in a timely fashion, and proper permits not being submitted for the work. She provided valuable advice based on her experience, went above and beyond trying to touch every line item for our dream home. We were purchasing out of state. Mrs. Wolbert was fantastic. She scheduled video tours, was upfront about issues that she could see and we couldn’t through the video. Additionally, she put in a lot of overtime in to help us with our purchase, provided advice and contacts for any issues to not just us but our sellers as well. Fantastic experience: Above and beyond! Selling your home from across the country, literally, sounds like a nightmare. Danielle made this process so smooth and lifted the hassle right off of us! I wish I was able to sum up Danielle's hard work, compassion, and thoroughness in a single review, but no words can do her enough justice! Danielle led the path for us as first time sellers and explained everything as we went along. She was hands on when it came to minor hiccups and updates that needed to take place for the ultimate sale of our home. This is beyond what a good realtor does, this is what a good PERSON does. After our home was prepped and updated, Danielle had the house staged beautifully and had her photographers take gorgeous pictures of our home. Everything was so beautiful, I wanted to "buy" our home all over again. Since this was our first home, I made the request to have some of the pictures so that I can keep them in a place other than just my memory. I'll come back to this later... Our house went on the market quickly and even quicker the offers came in! Danielle took the time to define each of the multiple offers listed and educated us.
