Positive experience: Very beautiful remodeled bathroom to come back to, the team worked quickly and efficiently with ours and their situations. The work is greatly appreciated, thank you! (Wish there was pictures before I started setting things back up, was too excited to be back!) Floor is updated, along with a new tub and plumbing *the one wall was redone, I love the smaller access panel vs the old wood piece that was there* Also worked on the roofing, so much better than the cracks beforehand!

Negative experience: Overall Experience: The management company will not bother you as a tenant and they have a portal for easy access to submit payment and maintenance request. But.. The office staff can be rude and unhelpful when needing to interact with them. Also, upon moving out the company is going to nickel and dime you in regards to getting your security deposit back.

Negative experience: Tried to contact them about 10 times about a lease with questions because I had 48 hours for a security deposit, heard nothing. Called front desk and left countless voicemails. And nothing. If this is how they treat applicants I can only imagine how they treat you once you are locked into a contract.

Fantastic experience: A maintenance man came the very next day after we let them know our sink was broken. He was very polite and put in a new drain in under an hour. This rental agency is very prompt about sending someone out, and they actually fix what's broken.

Fantastic experience: We have been living in a FFPG rental for the past 10 yrs. and have had very few maintenance issues. Yesterday I filled out a request for a leaky faucet and a running toilet, they promptly responded and a maintenance man was here today. He was polite, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. He got the work done in a timely manner and it all works great. Unfortunately I didn't get his name.

Fantastic experience: My toilet started to leak from the back. It was later in the evening and I thought I’d have to just deal with it for the night. Instead I was pleasantly surprised that not only did someone come out to look at the toilet but they changed it out for me and cleaned everything up! Thank you so much for helping me at such a strange hour!

Positive experience: I just want to first say that Lisa has been amazing, she is thoughtful and empathetic, and she goes above and beyond... been living here for almost 3 years, love the area and loved my home..didn't really need maintenance, but when I did there wasn't much of a wait..easy portal to pay rent and make request. Would of given 5 stars for Lisa alone... but the fees can be a bit much, especially when nothing is included

Very stress free application process and initial viewing of properties. Everything from the maintenance crew, to the property managers and even the landlord of the property, all were amazing. They are prompt, overly communicative, clear, concise, and set reasonable expectations. Fantastic experience: Jeff and his team were the absolute best to work with. They managed my property for almost 7 years. Very easy to communicate with and dealt with any issues in a very timely manor. I will definitely use them for my next rental property.

Negative experience: Renting with this agency is exhausting and there is always something. They will always try to charge you for fees that are incurred for maintenance and while you can request them back through Latchel, it has to be approved and takes weeks to get. Recently I requested to have my smoke detectors fixed, and somehow I “missed” an appointment I never made- it was made by someone else and with no notice of the appointment. I argued this with them when they tried charging me fees for a missed appointment. Even after explaining that I never made an appointment, the guy just showed up at my house at which time I could not let him in because of my dog, they still wanted to argue that I made the appointment. I explained to both the vendor and Josh with maintenance that this is a safety hazard to have an appointment made on my behalf with no notice, and I keep having to repeat this to maintenance or the property group not to make appointments on my behalf because of my dog. Despite me considering people’s safety, they are not considering mine when I have random vendors showing up at my house at random times. I requested to reschedule the appointment but it was not updated on the app and I was not contacted by the vendor- while I’m not responsible for doing someone else’s job, I still took it upon myself to contact him regarding the issue. The owner has also stopped by before unannounced, and I’ve made several requests to the property group to have him change his address so I don’t keep getting his mail but this discrepancy has not been fixed either.

Fantastic experience: Foundation First is a great team to work with the owners are commited humble and kind always willing to answer questions and resolve any issue that may be happening as well as the rest of the team.

Fantastic experience: Foundation first has the most amazing Maintance team anyone could ever ask for. They are very prompt with your request and in my opinion, they go above and beyond to make sure every tenant is as happy as can be with the outcome. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful maintenance team that I am able to reach out to when a problem arises.

He couples that with an incredibly calming demeanor that helps you to feel at ease even during the stressful process of a move! They were very professional, supportive, and kept us abreast of all the details of the settlement. This was an IRS 1031 exchange and there are many hoops that you must go through to complete the exchange. Jeff spent a lot of time making sure that all the government requirements were fulfilled.
