After two weeks of cleaning and unpacking in our new house I have come up for some air to rave about my experience with Loree and Berkshire Hathaway in Hanover. Loree was a great communicator and had stellar advice when it came to making an offer, which help us get the house we really wanted. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and purchasing from a different time zone, but Loree was there every step of the way. She met with my mother in law to show the properties, took photos and made sure we were aware of all the in's and out's so we could make an informed decision. Fantastic experience: Loree helped us purchase two houses- our starter home and our forever home. When we first were looking to move to the area, she organized 14 different showings all in one day! She brought a lot of expertise on all aspects of home ownership and what to look for and gave great recommendations. She helped us negotiate a good deal, and once we started looking for new houses, she immediately responded any time we wanted to do a showing, and she was available for us the next day or even the same day! She helped us with writing up good offers and also provided a great listing for the house we were trying to sell. Her suggested listing price helped us garner multiple offers and we sold our home in a day and a half! She even provided a coloring book for our child at the closing.
