Realty by Dale Thomas

Fantastic experience: We have worked with this company for over 6 years. Initially, as our property managers and most recently as the realtor in the sale of our villa. Successful ownership of a property abroad, we are UK residents, depends totally on the quality of the property managers you employ to oversee the maintenance and co-ordinate the rentals. We can, without any hesitation, state that the service we received from this company in ensuring the house was looked after and appropriately used was nothing short of exceptional. We never felt that any issue was too small and any request was acted upon immediately and always keeping our interests in mind. A particular mention, in this aspect of the company’s work must go to Cindy Foley whose mmitment was always valued and greatly appreciated. When the time came to sell the villa and that was a decision we did not take lightly, there was never any question about which realtor we would use. We had met Nicole Mayle Smith previously and had been impressed with both her knowledge and professionalism. Selling in Florida at the moment is particularly challenging and again doing it from the UK even more so. Nicole took us through it step by step and ensured that at every stage we were kept informed and by providing meaningful and comprehensive advice we were able to make the most appropriate decisions as and when required. All of which culminated in the sale of our house at a more than acceptable figure and one which was above our expectations. We have been delighted with the quality of the service that has been provided by ‘Realty by Dale Thomas’ and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you everyone involved. Peter and Christine Jenkins (UK)

Fantastic experience: We spent time at 12074 Tetzel Ave. In Port Charlotte, Fl. This house was amazing! It is brand new! Everything is brand new, the house, the furniture, the kitchen appliances, even the towels & bed linens! Our favorite was the Jacuzzi, although the beds were super comfy too. This is a great location for area beaches! Our favorite one is Boca Grande. It’s only 20 minutes away. It cost $6.00 to go over the bridge onto the Island, but the blue-green water and all the shells on the beaches at the end of the Island are well worth it! Great location to lots of area restaurants too!

Fantastic experience: Our Company Fine Construct LLC had worked with Realty By Dale Thomas for some time already, we have just good words and appreciation for this honest and reliable people! Thank you for your business and hope many years from now on to collaborate! Totally recommend their services!

Negative experience: Signed a year lease on a rental with these people, Nicole Smith specifically, gave them $2,000 to move into a beautiful home(more than the minimum to move in). 3 months later they told us the home was being foreclosed and our lease would be "terminated". We were bothered by maintenance people, pest control, and home inspections 2-3 times a week the whole time we were there. Always paid on time and in full & we ended up being sued for eviction to get us out so the home owners could hand over the house. During all this we were told several different stories by the people that work at this real estate company, way too many lies to keep track of. Oh and even though we were forced to move out and left the house clean and in the same condition it was given to us, they kept the $1200 deposit! These people are not honest and do not abide by the law- BEWARE PLEASE!!!

Negative experience: Did a bunch of work for them and never got paid!!! Would not recommend them for anything!!!

Negative experience: Rented a condo had to leave early (cancer) and was promised my security would be refunded. We cleaned and it was inspected. After I left state waited for my security. Received a letter saying I wasn't getting it back. Screwed me out of $500. Being a senior citizen sick with cancer this real estate and Maria manor apartments lied to me and my wife. We are on limited income and we're promised our money back both by realtor and owner and received nothing I'm going to be filing a court case.
