Negative experience: Nick was the ultimate salesperson to get my listing. He told me I could cancel it at any time. After he never showed my house once in several months, (a few other agents did show my house) and with no offers, I respectfully requested that the contract be cancelled and that the lockbox get removed. He refused. He wanted me to lower my price so he could get a big commission, and I could lose money. The market has slowed and new houses in my neighborhood are now being sold for under $300k. He accused me of wanting to sell it on my own. I can’t do that because I would lose too much money. He is not trustworthy. He said his firm had great marketing and photos. The photos were not excellent and my request to not show closets was ignored. I would never recommend Nick or this ReMax office. He just wants a commission and did not care about me selling my house at an acceptable price. One of the worst RE agents I have ever worked with.

There wasn’t a single detailed missed in the listing description.
