Fantastic experience: We had not sold a house in 20 years. That was in a different state. Peter and his team had to walk us through some things that are different in the Chicago area from where and when we sold our last house. This was also a traumatic time in our lives. They were patient with us and all of our questions and our misunderstanding of some of the things about which they had already informed us. The delays and the process with the FHA process confused us. I think we needed a little more up front communication on the requirements for VA, FHA, and Conventional loans and our options. We were pretty clueless. Peter and his team helped us via text, email, phone call, and the app. I think it might have been good for us to decide which communication tool would be the best for all of us. We liked being able to sign documents and setting up viewings digitally. That was really nice. Peter, Dusty, and their office are super patient, kind, and low key. We are grateful they helped us walk through the process. This would have been really stressful without a realtor. They develop friendships with the people they help sell homes. Kinda odd not talking and texting them now.

Negative experience: Some of the agents are great, however one of the staff members have left me with an experience I wont soon forget. She was rude, unorganized, and does not treat individuals with the respect and care she should as a client and friend with her office. When takin to the managing broker I was left with an even worse experience.

Being first-time homebuyers, my husband and I could be very indecisive at times, but our realtor remained patient and persistent in the search for our perfect home. We felt very comfortable throughout the process and had everything explained to us in detail. Would definitely recommend Speckman!
