Fantastic experience: Me and my husband have been living in our home now for almost 6 months and have absolutely loved it! The manager is super friendly and happy to help or answer any questions. The office is super responsive & the communication between office and residents is the best we have found in NWA. The neighborhood is simple and very nice. our home is wonderful, and we feel safe. Can not recommend them enough!!

Fantastic experience: I have been renting from Jimani for eight years, between two different apartments. Rick, the property manager, at the time, was the only one, out of all of the property managers that I had spoken with, who was honest with me about fees, rent, deposits, and availability dates, when I was looking to move to NWA in 2015. I have had a good experience with renting here. It’s not perfect, but nothing in life is perfect. They do a good job with repairs. (Gil is a great maintenance man!) Haley, the current property manager, does a nice job of taking care of problems in a timely manner. I am happy being where I am.

Fantastic experience: This March I'll be at Vantage Point Apts 6 years and I can't think of any other place to live. I love my apt and Jimani has been so good to me. If I need something or something needs maintained they are on it. Gil is a great maintaince man. I love it here.

Fantastic experience: Hola, quiero que sepan que este lugar es uno de los mejores lugares en donde me quedado a rentar. Llevamos 5 años aquí y la verdad es que nunca hemos tenido problemas. Cuando hemos hablado para que nos arreglen algo que se descompuso, el señor Gil ha hecho buen trabajo. El a lo igual que los que están en la oficina son amigables. Me encanta que podemos pagar en línea y que nos mandan notificación antes de que se llegue el día. Estos apartamentos están en una muy buena locación. Todo esta cercas y aparte tienen un parque aquí.

Fantastic experience: Hi, just dropping by to say thank you for being such a great place to rent to. We have been living here for about 5 years and have had no issues with them. The times that we have called to fix something they have been very professional and nice. Thank you for thinking of our children, too. Having the playground outside is a blessing it’s not far and it’s pretty big. My kids enjoy it and we get to sit and watch them play. ❤️

Fantastic experience: I rent an apartment managed by Jimani. I've lived here for just over two years, and it's really a nice place. The management company is wonderful. Whenever I have a problem, they get it fixed asap. The rent is affordable. Also they've recently begun remodeling both the exterior, and interior, of the apartments. My neighbors are all nice as well, no bad company around. It's a nice quiet place for my family.

Fantastic experience: I have lived in these apartments for over a decade and it is one of the best homes for my family. It is very peaceful and they have very lovely staff. They respond to requests in a timely manner, they’re always friendly when I call, and they’ve been doing a lot of nice upgrades lately. New roofs, driveway expansions, etc. I hope to continue renting from them for a long time!

Fantastic experience: I'm a new renter here at Jimani, and have been satisfied with how quick maintenance works to getting any issue fixed. Communication is great with the manager Haley. She's awesome. Jimani takes care of lawn maintenance around the apartments and also helps with pest control, air filter replacements and fire alarm checks. 10/10 recommend rentals from Jimani.

Fantastic experience: I have been a tenant for about 3 years now & have never had an issue with them, they do have new management. The office staff have always been very kind and helpful to me. We have had common issues arise and were helped right away. Haley is amazing and I would recommend checking them out!

Negative experience: Do not rent from these people. Rick the manager has a violent temper. I went in the office to talk to him and he started screaming and yelling and cussing at me and told me to leave his office. They never fix anything and the maintenance people would come in the look at something and tell the office it was done. When we moved i was cleaning and went back to finish cleaning and found a 5 gallon bucket of paint in the middle of the floor with a piece of sheetrock covering it. The sheetrock was mine to fix a whole that they just covered up. I had a broom that I was using to sweep with and they took the handle out of my broom and used it to stir the paint. I got my stuff and left. I left some stuff on the back porch and when I went to get it it was all gone. The maintenance guy threw it away. They kept my deposit and then sent me a bill for $500 above the deposit. Which i never got.

Negative experience: I wish I could give this company less than one star. Please, if you are reading this, DO NOT rent from Jimani. I cannot fully express the difficulty and unprofessionalism experienced by my wife and I. We attempted to rent a unit (after touring one with the same setup) and, upon trying to move in we discovered that the unit had been smoked in. Jimani assured us they would take care of the smell. They did nothing to help us. In fact, we were told that nothing was wrong with the unit, it had been painted, thoroughly cleaned, and did not smell like smoke. We proceeded to bring a total of seven witnesses over who all confirmed the poor state of the unit. Even past the smoke smell, there were holes in the walls, they did not paint, dirt and dust throughout the home, mold on the side of the refrigerator, etc. After many phone calls of which we were promised this or that, my wife spoke with the property manager who yelled at her, told her that she was rude and mouthy because we were requesting a refund for our troubles so we could move on and someone who didn’t mind smoke and and dirty unit could actually move in. Rick, the property manager, was completely out of line and unprofessional in his dealings with us. If you want property management that will work with you, values honesty and their clients, run far away from any of Jimani’s rentals.

Negative experience: DO NOT Ever rent to this management.. I swear to God you will regret it like I regret this big time.. You just gonna waste your time and your money here.. I dont know how to describe it words not enough to say how I feel .. This place such a junk..

Negative experience: This place is terrible. They don’t help you out with pests. Ants are a constant even during the winter. I had issues with mice, they laughed when I told them. I cleaned the place thoroughly and it was far cleaner than it was when I moved in. They still charged me for cleaning, supposedly. My advice, don't bother cleaning the place when you leave. They will just screw you over anyways. Also don’t expect them to call you back, ever. If I could leave no stars, I would.

Positive experience: I’ve had problems with neighbors and have expressed my concerns to the office management. They have been very kind and helpful in trying to resolve these issues.

Negative experience: Do not rent Here, save you time and money. they cheat with the apartments, in my case they show me one apartment, I paid the application and the deposit but after that they give me another apartment that smells so bad, and are in sooo bad conditions, they make me waste my time and money, they do not give me a solution and I couldn't live there because my kids get sick and they don't care DO NOT GIVE A GOOD SOLUTION I lost 1 week and money, WARNING!!!! BE CAREFUL, JIMANI RENTALS CHEAT, FOR YOUR MONEY EVEN DON'T APPLY BECAUSE THEY CHANGE THE APPARTMENT!!!!!

Negative experience: I have had absolutely no issues renting with this company until I moved out! I spoke with the manager Rick several times prior to moving. It was at the the time when I received the check in the mail with an explanation that did not make sense as to why almost all of my deposit was taken. I had to purchase the garage key and did not get paid for that either. I have been calling and leaving messages for this guy more than ten times and also wen to the office while he plays the wild goose chase. I will not stop until they get it right because it's a rip off and is totally distasteful. I totally dislike unprofessionalism and dishonesty. Do not rent from this place if you expect monies back when moving! It doesn't matter what the situation is, they will make sure to steal your money! I will not give up until they give me back what is due to me!
