I have a masters degree training in Operations Management and this is a case study about how customer service is done right. The Lighthouse team is a model of coordination, efficiency, and most importantly - compassion. The process was seamless. We were guided through our transition by a series of professionals who were both knowledgeable and available. Every person we met was very much capable and seemed to come from a perspective that they were in it to help people first. A good number of the Lighthouse staff bear licensed social worker backgrounds and that shows. They are here for the community, for helping others. Navigating the complex process of moving from one life phase to another is daunting, but to have a partner to help guide one through the process is significantly less burdensome with partner like Lighthouse. We had a unique situation and moved 2 households with this group. They treated my mother-in-law with kindness and respect, and even spent extra time to make sure my toddlers room was set-up before he moved to his new space. After completing the whole process they jumped in to recommend additional service providers for our new home. I don't have enough nice things to say. Our family is deeply thankful for everything Lighthouse has helped us with.

Fantastic experience: I wouldn’t even know where to begin to express the gratitude my family and I have for Alison and her team. Our Step-mom passed and our Dad went instantly into the hospital and they worked with my brothers and I who don’t live in Arkansas to get everything taken care of to move Dad to MI. Providing insights, supplies, a great estate sale company who had their own work cut out for them, cleaning, hitting some bumps in the road and providing solutions. I don’t think I would have been able to leave with my Dad and move as early as we did if Lighthouse didn’t provide that assurance that they got this and they can take some of the weight off my shoulders. Selling the house and everything in it was the least of our problems through everything that we were going through and that’s all because of Alison and her team. They went that extra mile to help and it shows that they not only love what they do but they really do care.

Fantastic experience: Lighthouse helped my dad move into senior living just over a week ago. They were patient with my dad, who had conflicted feelings about moving when we first hired them in the second half of 2024, and they made his eventual move fast and easy. What particularly impressed me was the way they set up his new apartment and even consulted with him about hanging his art, working to make his new place as home-like as possible. They even took the time to talk with me, sharing advice and expressing care for me in my role as a caregiver. I wish more businesses provided service like they have.

The Keller Williams LIghthouse team that was helping us downsize and move called in Allison Krause to get us back on track and get the house sold. She was amazing! The house was sold, we completed the move, and Waco Title put the closing together efficiently. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the end result and all the fine work done by everyone involved.

Fantastic experience: I needed to move my mother into assisted living in another state. Lighthouse organized everything from the packing and moving, estate sale, and all the way through the closing process. Never having been through anything like this before, I needed a lot of hand holding. I was given very clear, step-by-step instructions on what to expect and how to get everything accomplished. The moving company they chose moved my mother as if she were their own. The house sale went quickly and smoothly. The title company was extremely helpful. Everyone was kind and patient throughout the entire process. The only downside is they do not work in other states. (LOL!) I would recommend them to ANYONE!

Fantastic experience: I live out of state, and when my father suddenly became ill and moved into long-term care, I had to handle selling his home. My dad is still quite young and so am I, so I did not have anyone in my immediate circle who had gone through a similar experience. Fantastic experience: Could not have done it without Lighthouse Group! My brother and I were left with a difficult situation 6 months after my Father passed. My Mother’s health declined quickly requiring us to hospitalize and then place her in a facility. We had just started the process of how to sell their home when we had to quickly pivot to taking care of Mom. Alison and her team jumped in and helped me find safe living options for my Mother’s special needs as well as come up with a moving plan to get her relocated within days of securing a room. This was a difficult time and the care and empathy they displayed to help us through this, in addition to going above and beyond just handling the move, was priceless. After we got Mom safe, Alison and team helped us through coordinating an estate sale, home repairs, as well as packing and moving items we wanted to hold on to between 3 different location. Fantastic experience: As we age, the thought of a move, scared us. We decided to enlist “some help”. When we found out how much help the Lighthouse Group provides, we let the Lighthouse Group take over the whole process. We sat back and watched them do the marketing of our home, plan for the disposition of unwanted household items, show the home ( 30+ showings), handle the offers and contracts. They were present at the closing to insure all the details went as planned. Then their “Move Management “ team went to work. Packers came in and handled the physical job of getting ready for the actual move. They arranged for the physical move, unpacked at our new home, even made our beds to ensure we could sleep in our new home on the first night. If you think you can handle all this, you might want to rethink your abilities. This is how it’s done. I have already recommended the Lighthouse Group to several people. My experience, 10 out of 10.

In addition to providing all the packing supplies, Frank’s guidance to his packing team was in total alignment with my specific requests of what to pack and what to leave for the auction. Further, they did such a good packing job, that nothing was broken; everything arrived in tact! My out-of-state move was efficiently made by Speedy Movers, LLC. They were timely in both their loading and delivery. Everything was handled with great care and they were cheerfully accommodating to my placement guidance. My online ‘Moving Auction’ provided a great way to liquidate the appliances, furniture, household & garage goods that I left behind. David Barber and his team at NWA Online Auctions did a terrific job of cataloging and posting all my items online. I liked that he had a specific pick-up timeframe for the high bidders so that the open public was not traipsing through my house like traditional on-site auctions do. As I reflect on the entire experience, I know that I chose very well when I selected Lighthouse NWA. From the home sale to the downsizing and relocation… it all couldn’t have been any better! Because Alison and her team are absolutely the very BEST!!!

Fantastic experience: This group Lighthouse, which includes downsizing/packers/movers/unpackers/hang pictures, Mount tvs , move items 100 times like your wife likes and interior decorators all in a well oganized package. Oh, I forgot the auction team provided as option with 3rd party online auction professionals to help downsize and make some money on items no longer needed and coordinate with the moving schedule. Believe me, we were asking for the impossible. They provided all these services for my mother moving from home to Assisted living facility. Mom wanted to take everything of course, but Lighthouse provided personal assistance, going to the facility and taking measurements and then telling mom and us what will fit and helped mom decide what's important. Mom loves her new place decorated with important memories. Then Lighthouse moved us into moms house from Apt . After auction of a lot of moms items and then some remodeling we wanted done before moving. Timing and schedules were crazy do to remodeling schedules and lighthouse team figured it out had it done by our move out date from apt. Also they offer deep cleaning of resident space after moving and they cleaned our apartment which kept my wife and I focused on move and not cleaning. And hopefully get our deposit back Jenn and the whole crew are fabulous too work with. Communications between Lighthouse team and the customer are the best!!! Jenn and Frank answer their phones and text for any needs or questions by either party.they clean up and remove all packing materials. Disclaimer: I didn''t know anybody at Lighthouse before agreeing too contract. We picked up a pamphlet at Village on The Park Roger's. The lady said these folks might be able to help in this stressful time. They treated us like family. If you need any services they offer, Call them.

Fantastic experience: We worked with Jami to find a house in NWA for my father. We're in Illinois so we really needed someone local to the area who knew the market well and understood what we were looking for. Jami totally fit the bill and was soon checking out houses for us and reporting back on pros/cons for each place we considered which really helped us focus our search on the best candidates for us. Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of the courtesy, the patience, and the kindness of the members of the Lighthouse Group nwa that helped me through the sudden selling my home and moving 700 miles away. As an attendee of Alison Van Heck’s Senior Smart Talk meetings, I was aware of the help offered to senior citizens needing assist with downsizing, selling home, and other such problems. Mid-July I contracted for a November move with her Lighthouse Group, NWA to assist me with all aspects of selling & moving. Her teams of counseling, decluttering, sorting for estate liquidator, packing 5 rooms had a timetable for everything. When moving date was suddenly changed to just six weeks, they easily accelerated the schedules, including involving the movers & transporting my car, and six weeks later we were unloading the van at my new residence, a 700 mile journey. I was kept totally involved, given the handy list of what to expect from which team, what I should be doing,and when. In those 6 weeks, she and her team had done major packing, scheduled the movers, made arrangements to do touch-ups we had run out-of-time to do, and cleared out/cleaned up the vacant building. The listing and then sale my home was concluded long distance via email, texts, FedEx, phone. Alison and the sales team kept me updated always, and immediate response to any of my questions or concerns. July Lighthouse Group contract to October closing…an accomplishment I could never have put together by any means nor manner. Fantastic experience: My husband had alot of awful experiences with realtors, till he worked with Ashley and she kept in contact with him and worked about and beyond to meet our needs for us. She even helped more when we had a difficult bank to deal with that made this stressful for us. The title company she works with was very helpful to and got back to us right away. We would definitely recommend you use them when you are looking into pursuing a home.

Fantastic experience: This process was a very stressful one to go through being a first time home buyer. I’m so thankful that we found Jami Spurling at the lighthouse group!!! She was so cool to deal with, very straightforward, and communicative through all of it. She is such a sweet personality, but she can definitely get tough when she needs to be!!! Her social worker background shines as she can deal with all situations thrown at her, and she doesn’t flinch.
