Negative experience: This guy never responded to my messages on the platform that he used to advertise the property. I find that very unprofessional. Please start using the platform that you are advertising, specifically Zillow, if someone is trying to reach out to you. And if you have an open house, advertise it on the platform and in the description. I feel like I had to jump through hurdles to get in touch with this guy and just never got a response from him.
