Fantastic experience: There is nobody quite like Rachael. If she is listing a house, she does not rest until it is sold! She is always working on a deal, either for the buyer or the seller. She is relentless at her job. Rachael listed my house and my parents house about 8 years ago. Because of the creative ways they were listed, my house sold in 7 days and my parents house sold in about 3 weeks. This was about 8 years ago when it wasn’t as easy to sell a house. She then found us our dream house with a separate living space for my parents, and negotiated a very fair deal for us!
