Fantastic experience: We met Pete when we wanted to tour a home we had been watching on ZIllow. He set up the tour for us and provided us with all the listing information. While we were on the tour he answered all our questions and took notes of the ones he was not sure of and promised he would get back to us ASAP with answers. He did not rush us through the tour let us take our time and walk through several times and really see ourselves in the space. When we finally decided we wanted to move forward and place an offer, he wrote it up and submitted it to the listing agent within a day and was very communicative on how it was received. Once we got our offer accepted he provided a list of all the things we needed to be prepared to have in place and completed before closing. He also offered his time to schedule and be available for the inspections and tasks that needed to be performed. Which was great because it had been a very long time since we had bought a home! Fantastic experience: We had a positive experience after we hired Aaron Noel at Brody Broker Team. We were looking for property to build a two houses along with our son’s family. There were different HOA rules that had to be considered. The winter brought more snow to Sequim. Aaron offered to drive us up a road with one foot of snow. The property seemed perfect but we decided not to even see it because of the incline and snow conditions. A big snow impact in the future ruled that out entirely. We stumbled upon a perfect one acre parcel located in Diamond Point. So we changed gears and Aaron was very helpful in helping us figure out the details to make a solid offer.

Fantastic experience: Aaron and Josh were great to work with. They took the time to understand what we were looking for, and were patient as we made multiple offers. When we found the house we loved and our offer was accepted they worked diligently to execute on a tight closing timeframe. This was all the more remarkable because we were purchasing from out of state and they were truly our feet on the ground in the Olympic Peninsula.
