Fantastic experience: Jen was awesome to work with. Since we were buying a second home in Parrish while residing in Massachusetts we needed someone we could trust to assist with the process. Thankfully we found Jen. She attended our negotiation and signing, pre-closing inspection, and final closing inspection; FaceTiming us in Massachusetts for the latter two. She really advocated for us and pointed out issues we couldn’t see remotely. She was also a great resource for things like independent inspector and insurance agent recommendations (not to mention restaurants). Jen is very knowledgeable and responsive. We’re so glad we found her and highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Teamwork, strategy and execution. Jennifer started as a realtor and quickly became a family friend who we felt had our back throughout the entire process. She connected with us and our daughter which was really important to us. When we were ready to sell our house, she came prepared, she presented great options and ideas and she helped us come up with a strategic plan of attack that we would have never gotten to on our own - and then she executed on it. Our house sold in less than a week, with lots of interest and an offer above list price and honestly even a bit higher than we would have expected. When you select Jennifer you also get a supportive team of individuals that will help make the process go smoothly. They seem to understand that their job is to remove barriers and obstacles and work collaboratively with you to help get your house sold. For us, this meant having Jennifer or at times her team (Joan rocks!) come by to help navigate various inspections, let our dogs out while we were at work and someone requested a showing, and so much more. So for as amazing as Jennifer is, and she is, you are also getting her fantastic, supportive team along with her. We couldn't say enough positive things about working with Jennifer - and her team! She is now helping us navigate new build construction and has been a great consultant every step of the way in that process also.

Fantastic experience: A real estate team that goes beyond mere asset transaction. As a single woman that was thrown into the deep end of a mid-life crisis, I needed a real estate agent that was more than a representative for the sale of my parents’ home in a declining housing market that is on life support. I needed someone to help me shoulder the emotional burden that came with dealing with the death of one parent, the caregiving of the other who seemed to decline overnight with dementia, and offloading a home full of great memories and decades of quirky “improvements”. Jesse is a very capable handyman and could intuit the purpose of some of my father’s projects where others could not. When the buyer’s inspector could not locate the sewer clean out line after a couple of hours, Jesse went to help and had located ten minutes. In short, they are expert real estate agents, well-connected and professional. They were able to sell my home after two other agents had not and they were never demanding or pushy with their recommendations and always offered to physically help with any task that needed doing. I can’t recommend them enough! You would be very blessed getting these two on your team.

My wife and I began exploring Southwest Florida after two of our friends had relocated to Venice. Fantastic experience: One of the best and most memorable home buying experiences! I first met Jennifer at one of her open houses. I wasn't interested in working with another realtor, yet somehow left the open house with her contact information and a renewed sense of excitement to start the house hunting process all over again. She was informative, easy to talk to, always available, and never made me feel undervalued. She took us to see houses from Palmetto to North Port and was always patient with us. After about 6 months of looking, we decided to take a break. Jennifer understood our reasons and maintained contact for nearly a year, until we were ready to start looking again. Jen was so knowledgeable and relatable--she sent me actual diagrams via email showing me the step-by-step process in which to buy a home!
