Fantastic experience: I have been working with Aimee Bahk and the fine folks at FWCPM for nearly three years. They helped me lease my property in 3 days from signing our property management agreement and have done a spectacular job managing everything since! I live over an hour away and I never have to worry about anything. If a repair/service call is needed, they make all arrangements and it gets paid from the monthly rent. Their online accounting system makes dealing with my CPA a snap. I highly recommend these people.

Fantastic experience: I am a rental property owner who enlisted Florida West Coast Property Management (FWCPM) to take care of procuring and managing a tenant for a home in Lakewood Ranch. I originally contacted multiple companies to gather rates and available services, and from start to finish they set themselves above their competition. While waiting hours (and days) for the other companies to respond, Aimee called me back immediately and explained the details over the phone. Not only were they faster, their rates were slightly better than the others. They took amazing photos of the property, had an impeccable lawn service and handyman take care of a few necessary items, and had the property listed in no time. It has been a pleasure dealing with them, and I am happy to report that the phone call return time has not diminished at all now that I am in contract with them. They are the best I found by far! Fantastic experience: Have been a tenant at a property managed by them for 2 years about to renew for 3. This company has been awesome to deal with. They have responded nearly instantly to any maintenance request and follow up to be sure the issue is resolved. We had an A/C out issue that required parts replacement, they worked with the A/C company and had the owners approval within a few days, and Chris came out personally to set up temp ac units to make sure we were comfortable while we waited. Both Aimee and Chris have been fantastic to rent from. I can only hope if I have to rent again, the property management or landlord is as good as these guys. Service like this is what makes tenants happy to stay for a long time.
