Fantastic experience: HKS is great. We have had multiple great experiences with them over the years. Anna helped us buy our first home in Keene 25 years ago, then helped my parents purchase one and now helped us sell a home as well. Everyone at HKS is professional, helpful, and they give great tips on how to manage all the steps needed, because let's face it, buying and selling homes can be stressful! From viewing homes together to the smaller steps of where to take water tests and how to arrange for a transfer of title, they are great.

Negative experience: I told them I wanted to make a cash sale closing in two weeks. I needed a buyers agent.She said a man would get back to me and he did not. She then texted me seven hours later with a salutation and i am getting back to you. What? Red flag right there.

Fantastic experience: When looking for a realtor to handle the sale of my Dad’s seasonal property I found Anna when I was looking for someone with experience selling similar property. She was the only realtor we met with because she came to the meeting prepared and made us comfortable about the process. When we went to the town hall for copies of paperwork that we needed we were told they were a highly respected company who had been in business for many years. We were very happy with the advice we received, had a positive experience and recommend HKS Real Estate to anyone needed real estate services.

Fantastic experience: Having sold another house in a neighboring state only one month earlier, I have a solid basis for thinking about the services and care I received. Anna And the office staff were incredibly responsive, communicating clearly throughout the entire process. While I know the office must have had many more clients, The level of personal attention was extraordinary. Although. all of my work was done remotely since I am out of state, I truly had personalized attention. My sale was complicated in that. there was much attention that needed to be given to the house in order to get it ready for sale and all of that detail was handled competently.. Positive experience: The only reason there's not five stars, is our first realtor Steven made us feel like a burden and was all around the worst realtor.Ever. Fantastic experience: We received a referral to Curtiss from another realtor in Florida. We met with him first in Oct. 2023 when we visited the area. He showed us around, giving us a ton of local info that helped us narrow down our search. We needed to sell our Florida house first and Curtiss kept in touch till Spring of 2024 when we sold our house and moved to a temporary rental here in Keene while house hunting. Curtiss was very helpful in finding properties to look at and we were very happy with his help. We ended up purchasing a home in Newport and all the paperwork and the closing went very smoothly.
