Fantastic experience: Ramone was the listing agent for a short term rental condo in Panama city beach that I purchased in April 2022. I am from out of state and self representing, plus was buying the condo just by seeing the pictures. Ramone did a fantastic job getting me the information I needed to be able to make a decision to purchase the condo. He was very knowledgeable about the complex. When I finally showed up to do a walk though of the condo on the day of close I did it myself beacuse Ramone had already planned to be out of the country. There were a couple of small but crucial issues (e.g. the owner left the wrong set of keys) that he was and to react quickly to respond to.
